Is Workshop only for bike shops?

No. Workshop is built for service departments generally. Bike shops are our home market, with tailored workflows for mobility retailers and jewellery repairers too, and because you set your own job types, services and statuses, it fits the way your trade works, whatever you repair.

Which plan should I start on?

Most shops land on Standard — one location, up to four users, 250 SMS credits a month. Starter suits a solo workshop; Premium adds more users and supplier stocklists; Enterprise is for groups running multiple stores. You can move up or down as the team changes.

Are prices with or without VAT?

The headline price on each plan includes VAT, with the ex-VAT figure shown beneath it. So Standard is £89.99 a month inc VAT, or £74.99 ex VAT.

Is there a discount for paying annually?

Yes — pay for the year up front and you save 15% against the monthly price, on any plan.

Is there still a free trial?

Yes. You get 28 days of Workshop with everything unlocked, and no card is required to start. At the end you pick a plan or walk away; nothing is charged.

Is the Bikebook listing really free?

Yes, completely free, forever. Your listing on the Bikebook directory puts your services, prices and reviews in front of local riders whether or not you use Workshop.

What are Rental Lite and Rental Unlimited?

Two hire-management add-ons in the works. Rental Lite is for shops that rent out a few bikes alongside servicing; Rental Unlimited is full fleet management for hire-led businesses. Both are coming soon — tell us if you'd like early access.

Can I change plans later?

Any time. Move between Starter, Standard and Premium as the team grows, or talk to us about Enterprise when you add stores. Your jobs, customers and history all come with you.
