Our Bronze Service is an entry-level option designed to ensure your bike is safe, correctly set up, and ready to ride. It’s ideal for bikes in good condition that need a professional safety check. All bolts are checked and tightened to the manufacturer’s recommended torque. Brakes and gears are inspected and adjusted, headset play is removed, and the bike is checked for any potential safety issues. You’ll be advised of any parts that may need replacing, with no work carried out without your approval. This service is best suited to regularly ridden bikes that need a professional once-over. What’s included: All bolts and assemblies checked and tightened to manufacturer specifications Gears checked and indexed where required Brakes inspected and adjusted if needed Tyres inspected for wear or damage and reinflated to the correct pressure

Silver Service

Our Silver Service is a mid range bike service designed to improve performance as well as safety. It includes everything from our Bronze Service, with additional work to restore smoothness and efficiency. All bolts and assemblies are checked and tightened to the manufacturer’s recommended torque. Brakes and gears are inspected and adjusted, headset play is removed, and the bike is checked for any potential safety issues. In addition, your wheels are trued and the drivetrain is fully degreased to help restore crisp shifting and smoother pedalling. You will be advised of any parts that may need replacing, with no work carried out without your approval. This service is ideal for regularly ridden bikes that need more than a basic safety check and would benefit from improved performance.

Gold Service

Our Gold Service is our top level workshop service, designed for bikes that need thorough care and attention. No area is overlooked. Your bike receives a full strip down and rebuild, with key components removed, cleaned, regreased and reinstalled to ensure everything runs smoothly and reliably. This service restores performance, improves longevity, and brings your bike back feeling better than new. All bolts and assemblies are checked and tightened to the manufacturer’s recommended torque. Gears and brakes are inspected and adjusted, wheels are trued, and the drivetrain is cleaned to improve shifting performance. This service is ideal for heavily used bikes, bikes that have seen winter riding, or those that haven’t had a full overhaul in some time. Platinum Service

Our Platinum Service is our highest service level, designed for bikes with more complex setups. This includes bikes with integrated cable routing, time trial bikes with integrated cockpits, and mountain bikes that require pivot bearing replacement. The bike receives a full strip-down and rebuild, with the headset, hubs, and bottom bracket thoroughly cleaned, re-greased, and reinstalled. Where required, front and rear brakes are also faced (brake mounts precision aligned) to ensure optimal performance. This service provides the highest level of care and attention, helping to maximise component longevity and restore your bike to a smooth, like-new ride.
