Problem Solver - Check & Diagnosis Best for: a specific problem (clicking, brake rub, gear skipping, creaks, handling concerns, intermittent faults), or a bike that just needs a quick safety check before getting back on the road. Included: focused assessment and fault finding, basic safety check (tyres, brakes, gears, bolts), chain lube, minor on-the-spot adjustments where possible, and a clear quote for any follow-up work. Please note: Parts, deep cleaning, hydraulic bleeds, and worn component replacement are additional. Next step: Our recommended baseline service for most casual riders.

Everyday Service - Daily Driver Best for: commuters, school bikes, regular riders, e-bikes without system faults, and bikes ridden weekly. Included: full inspection, brake and gear tuning, drivetrain clean/lube, bearing checks, wheel check, tyre check, and install of approved basic consumables. Please note: Parts are additional. Major bearing, suspension, hydraulic, or drivetrain replacement work may be quoted separately. Next step: Best value for regularly used bikes.

E-Bike Essential Service Best for: regular e-bike riders needing mechanical service plus basic e-bike system confidence. Included: mechanical tune, brake/gear adjustment, tyre and wheel check, drivetrain lube, bolt check, and supported e-system health check. Please note: Parts, firmware work, brake bleeds, and high-wear drivetrain replacement are additional. Next step: Bring the charger if system testing may be needed.
