Bike Service Packages

Sparkle Sparkle Service
For bikes that deserve a deep refresh.

Our Sparkle Sparkle service is the one to book when your bike is due for more than just a tune-up. This is your comprehensive, planned maintenance service—ideal when your drivetrain is ready for replacement and you want everything to feel like new again.

What’s included:
Full mechanical inspection of your bike
Adjustment of brakes, gears, and all moving parts
Replacement of worn or damaged consumables
(such as brake pads, cables, tubes, and tyres
Cleaning and lubrication of the drivetrain
Drivetrain replacement (chain and cogs) if required
Tyre pressure checked and topped up

Please note: the price excludes the cost of replacement parts.

This is the kind of service your bike will thank you for after long kilometres on the road or trail. If your ride is feeling tired, noisy, or just not what it used to be, it’s likely time for a Sparkle Sparkle.

We recommend this service every 12–24 months depending on your riding habits, terrain, and weather conditions.

Clean and inspect seat post and clamp. Grease/fibre grip as appropriate

Clean and insect saddle rails/clamps. Adjust position if needed

Inspect and regrease pedal/crankarm threads

Inspect rear derailleur cable/electronic wire for wear/damage

Set rear derailleur upper/lower limits and b-tension

Inspect / adjust suspension linkages (if required)

Suspension forks, clean/inspect seals and upper tubes. Check for function

Inspect stem for wear, check/adjust torque, straight

Set front derailleur position/height

Daily Driver Service
For the bikes that put in the work.

Our Daily Driver service is designed for those who ride regularly—whether that’s commuting, training, or weekend adventuring. This is your essential maintenance service where we replace commonly worn consumable parts and keep your bike in top riding condition.

What’s included:
Full mechanical inspection of your bike
Adjustment of brakes, gears, and all moving parts
Replacement of worn or damaged basic consumable parts
(such as brake pads, cables, tubes, and tyres)
Cleaning and lubrication of the drivetrain
Tyre pressure checked and topped up

Please note: parts are additional to the service price.

This service covers those regular touchpoints that keep your bike safe, smooth, and road-ready. It includes incidental repairs, minor tweaks, and anything else we find during our inspection that keeps your wheels turning.

For most active riders, we recommend a Daily Driver service every 6–12 months, depending on your riding style and conditions.

"Daily Driver" Service

Extensive Service
The full works. Total care for your ride.

Whether your bike’s been collecting cobwebs or clocking serious k’s, our Extensive Service is your ultimate mechanical makeover. It’s designed for bikes in need of some serious TLC or riders who just want their ride dialed to perfection.

What’s included:
Full mechanical inspection
Adjustment of all key components — brakes, gears, bearings, and more
Replacement of worn consumables
(including brake pads, cables, tyres, tubes, etc.)
Replacement of advanced consumables
(such as drivetrain components like chainrings and cassettes)
Drivetrain replacement as required
Truing and tensioning wheels for a smoother, straighter ride
Hydraulic brake bleeding or hose replacement
(Note: additional labour may apply for internally routed hoses)
Complete cleaning and lubrication of drivetrain
Tyres inflated and bike prepped for riding
As always, parts are additional to the service cost.

This is our most in-depth service, covering all the big and small details that keep your bike riding like a dream. Perfect for bikes that haven’t been serviced in a while, are showing signs of wear, or just deserve a little extra love.



"NOS" Service

Casual Pedal Service
Your go-to bike tune-up

Our Casual Pedal Service is the perfect option when your bike just needs a refresh – not a full overhaul. It’s all about keeping things smooth, safe, and simple.

What’s included:

A full mechanical inspection of your bike
Adjustment of brakes, gears, and all key moving parts
Cleaning and lubrication of your drivetrain
Tyres checked and pumped to the right pressure
Please note: this service excludes the cost of any replacement parts.

This is your back-to-basics service – ideal if your bike doesn’t need new parts, just a little TLC to keep you rolling comfortably. If we spot anything that needs extra attention, we’ll chat with you about next steps and suggest one of our more in-depth service options.

"Casual Pedal" Service

Problem Solver Service
Got a clunk, squeak, or click? Let’s fix it.

Our Problem Solver service is your fix-it option for those annoying little issues that don’t need a full service. Whether it’s gears misfiring, brakes dragging, or that one mystery noise driving you mad — we’ll diagnose and repair the specific system causing trouble.

What’s included:
Targeted mechanical repair focused on a specific system
(e.g. brakes, gears, wheels, bottom bracket, or pedals)
Adjustments, alignments, and minor repairs as needed
Parts are not included in the service cost.

This is the service for when you know something’s not quite right but the rest of your bike is running fine. Quick, focused, and effective — we’ll get you rolling smooth again in no time.

"Problem Solver" Service

Check-Up Service
The full diagnostic — your bike's blood test.

Not sure what’s going on with your ride? Something just feels… off? Our Check-Up service is a complete mechanical inspection and diagnostic overview of your bike. Think of it like a blood test — we check everything, top to bottom, and give you a clear report on what’s good, what needs attention, and what can wait.

What’s included:
Comprehensive mechanical inspection
Checklist and written report/quote for recommended repairs or parts
No-obligation service quote if further work is required

✔️ If you approve the quoted service work, the cost of the Check-Up is waived.

This service is ideal when:
Your bike’s been left in the weather a few too many times
It’s making mysterious sounds
Your kid’s been sending it off the curb like a pro
Or you just want peace of mind before your next big ride

Here you can customise your electric bike services. Please follow the same process as above because these will be displayed separately to your standard services.

E-Bike Service Packages

⚡ Extensive – E-Bike Service
For bikes that need the full spa day.

Our Extensive – E-Bike service is your top-tier option. If it’s been a while between services, or you just want the absolute best for your ride, this is the ultimate in care—mechanically and electrically.

What’s included:
All features from Sparkle Sparkle – E-Bike
Hydraulic brake system bleed (if applicable)
Wheel truing and spoke tensioning
Motor mount inspection and torque check
Advanced e-system diagnostics and printout
Software updates/reset (Shimano, Bosch, Mahle, etc.)
Cable terminal cleaning and sensor alignment
Wiring check for damage, wear, or corrosion

Note: Additional labour charges may apply for internally routed components. Parts not included.

Recommended For: Annual major service or post-winter deep clean

⚡ "NOS" – E-Bike Service

⚡ Problem Solver – E-Bike Service
Pinpoint and repair one pesky issue.

Not every visit needs to be a full overhaul. If there’s a specific problem—like a clicking motor, an error code, or brake rub—our Problem Solver service gets straight to the point.

What’s included:
Mechanical or electrical diagnosis of one issue
Repair or adjustment of one system (e.g. brakes, gears, motor mount, display)
Basic diagnostic scan for error codes

Parts not included. Additional fees apply if issue spans multiple systems.

Recommended For: As needed, when one issue is holding you back

⚡ "Problem Solver" – E-Bike Service

A full diagnostic report before committing to repairs.

Sometimes your e-bike isn’t feeling right, but you’re not sure why. Our Check-Up gives you a full picture of the situation—mechanical and electrical—and helps you decide on next steps.

What’s included:
Complete mechanical and electrical inspection
Detailed checklist and written quote for repairs
Diagnostic readout (where compatible with Bosch, Shimano, etc.)

✔️ If you go ahead with the recommended service, the Check-Up fee is waived.

Drivetrain replacement as required (chain, cassette, chainring)

Battery cradle clean and contact treatment

Firmware update and system log download

Terminal and connection check throughout

Tyre pressure adjustment and wear check

Full e-bike system diagnostics
