The Core Works(full service)
In addition to the Essential Works: Full strip down to frame and component parts Recommended every 6-12 months (or 100 hours + ride time). Good value for regular riders/ hard ridden bikes. Inspection, clean, regrease and reassemble to manufacturer torques/specifications. Condition, wear and/or damage assessment. Parts replacement as recommended Wheel inspection and true Set-up and test ride No additional work or parts replacement will be carried out without prior authorisation
The Essential works(basic service)
Detailed documentated inspection of your bike. Includes adjustments & lubrication recommended every 3-6 months (or 50 hours ride time) Perfect interim service for commuters and hard ridden bikes. Adjustments may include (but are not limited to), cable tension, brake component alignment, gear set up. Parts supplied by us are charged at extra cost but fitted free at time of service.
Safety Check/PDI/Boxed bike build
Full check & inspection Assembly of boxed bikes to manufacturer specification to validate your warranty Recommended for purchases of pre-owned bikes to make sure your “new to you” bike is safe.
Fault diagnosis
Fault diagnosis. Inspection of the bike to find issue(s) for repair. If subsequent repair is carried out by us this charge is absorbed within final bill.
