Gold service

Drivetrain removed, cleaned, checked for wear and lubricated

Frame completely stripped & thoroughly cleaned 

Brakes adjusted

Gears adjusted

Tyres inflated to correct pressure

All over visual inspection for wear

All bolts correctly torqued

Wheels tensioned and trued

Wheel bearings checked and adjusted if required

Headset bearings checked and adjusted if required

Bottom bracket bearings checked and adjusted if required

Wheel bearings removed, cleaned & lubricated or replaced if needed

Headset removed, cleaned & lubricated or replaced if needed

Bottom bracket removed, cleaned & lubricated or replaced if needed

Frame threads cleaned & tapped if needed

Hydraulic brakes bled if needed

New brake cables fitted if needed 

New gear cables fitted if needed

Middle level service recommend around 600 miles. 

Silver Service

The entry level service recommended around 300 miles. 

Bronze Service

All over safety check recommended around 150 miles.

Inspect frame for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, seat clamp area, bottle cage and accessory mounting points

Inspect / adjust suspension linkages (if required)

Inspect fork for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, crown, steerer tube and accessory mounting points

Suspension forks, clean/inspect seals and upper tubes. Check for function

Inspect headset for wear/corrosion, adjust

Inspect stem for wear, check/adjust torque, straight

Inspect handlebar for wear/damage, check torque

Inspect handlebar tape/grips for wear/damage

Inspect/adjust hub bearings for wear/damage, ensure smooth movement/no play

Inspect spokes and rim for wear/damage

Inspect spoke tension and true lateral/radial as appropriate

Inspect tyres for condition and wear

Inspect tubeless system, top-up or replace consumables as appropriate

Inspect condition of lever, including main body, blades and position. Adjust if required. 

Inspect condition of hose/cable

Inspect condition of brake pads

Inspect caliper for correct function including clean/lube pistons

Inspect condition of hydraulic fluid if applicable

Inspect brake rotor for wear/damage/torque

Adjust brake, ensure correct function including no rub and appropriate bite-point

Clean and inspect bottom bracket shell threads if appropriate

Inspect bottom bracket torque, ensure free rotation of bearings

Inspect chain rings/crank arms/spindle for wear/damage

Install crankset, ensure smooth running/no play

Inspect pedal body for wear/damage

Ensure smooth rotation of pedal bearings and check for play

Inspect and regrease pedal/crankarm threads

Inspect cassette for wear/damage and torque

Inspect chain for wear/damage lubricate

Ensure derailleur hanger is straight and secure

Inspect rear derailleur cable/electronic wire for wear/damage

Inspect rear derailleur for wear/damage

Set rear derailleur upper/lower limits and b-tension

Adjust rear derailleur indexing

Inspect front derailleur for wear/damage

Set front derailleur position/height

Update electronic drivetrain firmware
