Our Standard Bicycle Service Level is designed to keep your bike running smoothly with essential
maintenance and adjustments to ensure optimal performance. 

This service is ideal for regular maintenance, ensuring your bike stays in good condition for everyday
riding. It’s recommended every 6-12 months, depending on usage.

Standard Service

Inspect frame for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, seat clamp area, bottle cage and accessory mounting points

Inspect / adjust suspension linkages (if required)

Inspect fork for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, crown, steerer tube and accessory mounting points

Suspension forks, clean/inspect seals and upper tubes. Check for function

Inspect headset for wear/corrosion, adjust

Inspect stem for wear, check/adjust torque, straight

Inspect handlebar for wear/damage, check torque

Inspect handlebar tape/grips for wear/damage

Inspect/adjust hub bearings for wear/damage, ensure smooth movement/no play

Inspect spokes and rim for wear/damage

Inspect spoke tension and true lateral/radial as appropriate

Inspect tyres for condition and wear

Inspect tubeless system, top-up or replace consumables as appropriate

Inspect condition of lever, including main body, blades and position. Adjust if required. 

Inspect condition of hose/cable

Inspect condition of brake pads

Inspect brake rotor for wear/damage/torque

Adjust brake, ensure correct function including no rub and appropriate bite-point

Inspect bottom bracket torque, ensure free rotation of bearings

Inspect chain rings/crank arms/spindle for wear/damage

Install crankset, ensure smooth running/no play

Inspect pedal body for wear/damage

Ensure smooth rotation of pedal bearings and check for play

Inspect and regrease pedal/crankarm threads

Inspect cassette for wear/damage and torque

Inspect chain for wear/damage lubricate

Ensure derailleur hanger is straight and secure

Inspect rear derailleur cable/electronic wire for wear/damage

Inspect rear derailleur for wear/damage

Set rear derailleur upper/lower limits and b-tension

Adjust rear derailleur indexing

Inspect front derailleur for wear/damage

Set front derailleur position/height

Set front derailleur upper/lower limits

Adjust front derailleur indexing

Update electronic drivetrain firmware

Clean and inspect seat post and clamp. Grease/fibre grip as appropriate

Clean and insect saddle rails/clamps. Adjust position if needed

Check saddle for wear/damage

Ensure any accessories are safe/secure

Inspect caliper for correct function including clean/lube pistons

Inspect condition of hydraulic fluid if applicable

Clean and inspect bottom bracket shell threads if appropriate

Charge/replace electronic drivetrain batteries

Frame Cleaning: To remove dirt, mud, and grime from all frame surfaces.

Wheel & Rim Cleaning: Deep clean of wheels and rim

Chain & Drivetrain Care: Cleaning and lubrication of the chain, cassette, and derailleur.

Brake Component Cleaning: Cleaning of Brake callipers, pads, and rotors for optimal braking performance.

Cleaning and maintenance of all touch points (Handlebars, grips, saddle, pedals)

electric bike, combining the essential maintenance of a traditional bicycle with the specific needs of
the electric components.

This service is ideal for keeping your e-bike in top shape, ensuring the electrical components continue
to work efficiently alongside the mechanical systems. Regular maintenance is recommended every
6-12 months to extend the life of both the motor and the battery, keeping your ride smooth and
reliable.

E-Bike Service

Our E-Bicycle Service Level is tailored to maintain the performance and longevity of your
electric bike, combining the essential maintenance of a traditional bicycle with the specific needs of
the electric components.

For those who want their bike looking and performing like new, our In-Depth Bicycle Cleaning
Service goes beyond the basics to restore and protect every component. 

This in-depth cleaning service is perfect for those who ride frequently or in challenging conditions,
such as wet or muddy environments, where dirt can accumulate in places that affect both mechanical
and electrical systems. Regular cleaning will help protect the components from wear, maintain battery
efficiency, and extend the life of your e-bike, keeping it running in peak condition.

E-Bike Service + Full Clean

Individual repairs and other services

In this service we can take care of the build up of your new bike. We will set everything up, fine tune the brakes and gears and have the bike ready to ride!
