Service Packages

Bike fit with video analysis. Starting with the feet we assess whether shims or wedges or inserts are required, seat width is measured then the fit process can start. Video analysis to then get the seat height, seat fore and aft, stem length, bar width and also measure your Qfactor. 

A premium service is recommended every 12 Months, full strip down, new inner and outer cables, brakes bled and new bar tape. All other parts checked for wear and any parts that are required are priced and okey with the customer before fitted. All bolts are torqued to the manufacturer specifications and the bike is road tested. 

BikeFit and Full Service

Inspect frame for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, seat clamp area, bottle cage and accessory mounting points

Inspect / adjust suspension linkages (if required)

Inspect fork for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, crown, steerer tube and accessory mounting points

Suspension forks, clean/inspect seals and upper tubes. Check for function

Inspect headset for wear/corrosion, adjust

Inspect stem for wear, check/adjust torque, straight

Inspect handlebar for wear/damage, check torque

Inspect handlebar tape/grips for wear/damage

Inspect/adjust hub bearings for wear/damage, ensure smooth movement/no play

Inspect spokes and rim for wear/damage

Inspect spoke tension and true lateral/radial as appropriate

Inspect tyres for condition and wear

Inspect condition of lever, including main body, blades and position. Adjust if required. 

Inspect condition of hose/cable

Inspect condition of brake pads

Inspect caliper for correct function including clean/lube pistons

Inspect condition of hydraulic fluid if applicable

Inspect brake rotor for wear/damage/torque

Adjust brake, ensure correct function including no rub and appropriate bite-point

Clean and inspect bottom bracket shell threads if appropriate

Inspect bottom bracket torque, ensure free rotation of bearings

Inspect chain rings/crank arms/spindle for wear/damage

Install crankset, ensure smooth running/no play

Inspect pedal body for wear/damage

Ensure smooth rotation of pedal bearings and check for play

Inspect and regrease pedal/crankarm threads

Inspect cassette for wear/damage and torque

Inspect chain for wear/damage lubricate

Ensure derailleur hanger is straight and secure

Inspect rear derailleur cable/electronic wire for wear/damage

Inspect rear derailleur for wear/damage

Set rear derailleur upper/lower limits and b-tension

Adjust rear derailleur indexing

Inspect front derailleur for wear/damage

Set front derailleur position/height

Set front derailleur upper/lower limits

Adjust front derailleur indexing

Clean and inspect seat post and clamp. Grease/fibre grip as appropriate

Clean and insect saddle rails/clamps. Adjust position if needed

Check saddle for wear/damage

Full Service

An intermediate service is the bike stripped down, new inner cables fitted, brakes bled and all other components checked. Any new parts are quoted for replaced after permission from the customer. All bolts are torqued to the manufacturer specifications and the bike is road tested.

Intermediate Service

A simple service is check bike over, adjust brakes/gears, inflate tyres, grease the head set bearings, oil the chain and check the bike over for worn parts. All bolts are torqued to the manufacturer specifications and the bike is road tested.

Basic Service

Get your bike assessed and then receive a quote.

Service on Assessment

Inspect tubeless system, top-up or replace consumables as appropriate

Update electronic drivetrain firmware

Charge/replace electronic drivetrain batteries

Ensure any accessories are safe/secure
