Velo Care is a trusted and highly regarded bicycle repair service, serving the south since 2014. For 2024 the business is now moving to a physical workshop in Southampton with drop off and collection available along with a great selection of parts, accessories and nutritional products available in store.

Platinum Service
Half a day of workshop time. Is your bike your pride and joy? Would you like us to completely strip your bike down and re-build it? We'll take the stress out of wondering if your consumables on your bike need to be replaced, they are included in the cost. Included in the platinum service cost is the price of the following parts where required: Brake pads, All brake and gear cables, tubeless tyre sealant, brake fluid, all greases and lubricants. Also Included in this cost is a brake bleed and replacement of all corroded bolts with brand new stainless where needed. Drivetrain parts are an additional cost.

Deluxe Service
Get your trusty steed back to top condition. This includes the General Bike Service plus:- Removal and inspection of all mechanical parts including chain rings and bolts, installation of new bar tape/grips where required. Both wheels checked for trueness & adjusted if required. Full valet Re-grease, re-assemble, safety check & supply service report.

If you're looking for a service which ticks all the boxes, giving you back your confidence in your bike for the season ahead, look no further. The General Service Includes: Inner & Outer brake cable and gear cable replacement if required (additional cost for cable kit). Bottom bracket service. Headset service. Front & rear hub service. Completely de grease & re lube drivetrain. Clean bike, safety check & supply report.

Also Included in this cost is a brake bleed, fork lower leg service and rear suspension service if applicable and replacement of all corroded bolts with brand new stainless where required. Drivetrain parts are an additional cost. Pivot bearing replacement is also included with an additional cost for bearings where required.
