Service Packages

The bike is disassembled and rebuilt. There is no extra labour charges for part fitting. Any parts replaced are chargeable.

Gold Service

A standard service is recommended every 12 Month. - All parts replaced are chargeable and only some labour costs are covered. 

Silver Service

A Bronze Service is recommended every 6 Months. - Any parts replaced are chargeable and extra labour charges for fitting.

Inspect frame for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, seat clamp area, bottle cage and accessory mounting points

Inspect / adjust suspension linkages (if required)

Inspect fork for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, crown, steerer tube and accessory mounting points

Suspension forks, clean/inspect seals and upper tubes. Check for function

Inspect headset for wear/corrosion, adjust

Inspect stem for wear, check/adjust torque, straight

Inspect handlebar for wear/damage, check torque

Inspect handlebar tape/grips for wear/damage

Inspect/adjust hub bearings for wear/damage, ensure smooth movement/no play

Inspect spokes and rim for wear/damage

Inspect spoke tension and true lateral/radial as appropriate

Inspect tyres for condition and wear

Inspect tubeless system, top-up or replace consumables as appropriate

Inspect condition of lever, including main body, blades and position. Adjust if required. 

Inspect condition of hose/cable

Inspect condition of brake pads

Inspect caliper for correct function including clean/lube pistons

Inspect condition of hydraulic fluid if applicable

Inspect brake rotor for wear/damage/torque

Adjust brake, ensure correct function including no rub and appropriate bite-point

Install crankset, ensure smooth running/no play
