Service Packages

A gold service is recommended every 18-24 Months.

Gold Service

Inspect frame for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, seat clamp area, bottle cage and accessory mounting points

Inspect / adjust suspension linkages (if required)

Inspect fork for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, crown, steerer tube and accessory mounting points

Suspension forks, clean/inspect seals and upper tubes. Check for function

Inspect stem for wear, check/adjust torque, straight

Inspect handlebar for wear/damage, check torque

Inspect handlebar tape/grips for wear/damage

Inspect spokes and rim for wear/damage

Inspect spoke tension and true lateral/radial as appropriate

Inspect tyres for condition and wear

Inspect tubeless system, top-up or replace consumables as appropriate

Inspect condition of lever, including main body, blades and position. Adjust if required. 

Inspect condition of hose/cable

Inspect condition of brake pads

Inspect brake rotor for wear/damage/torque

Adjust brake, ensure correct function including no rub and appropriate bite-point

Clean and inspect bottom bracket shell threads if appropriate

Inspect bottom bracket torque, ensure free rotation of bearings

Inspect chain rings/crank arms/spindle for wear/damage

Install crankset, ensure smooth running/no play

Inspect pedal body for wear/damage

Ensure smooth rotation of pedal bearings and check for play

Inspect and regrease pedal/crankarm threads

Inspect cassette for wear/damage and torque

Inspect chain for wear/damage lubricate

Ensure derailleur hanger is straight and secure

Inspect rear derailleur for wear/damage

Set rear derailleur upper/lower limits and b-tension

Adjust rear derailleur indexing

Inspect front derailleur for wear/damage

Set front derailleur position/height

Set front derailleur upper/lower limits

Adjust front derailleur indexing

Clean and inspect seat post and clamp. Grease/fibre grip as appropriate

Clean and insect saddle rails/clamps. Adjust position if needed

Check saddle for wear/damage

Ensure any accessories are safe/secure

Replacement inner gear cables

Replacement inner brake cables

Remove, inspect, clean, grease and re-install headset bearings (only caged/ball type)

Remove, inspect, clean, grease and re-install hub bearings (only caged/ball type)

Replacement outer brake housing (cable type)

Replacement outer gear housing

Free labour for fitting replacement parts (parts sold separately)

Gold Service Hydraulic

Inspect condition of hydraulic fluid if applicable

Bleed hydraulic brakes

A silver service is recommended every 12 Months.

Inspect headset for wear/corrosion, adjust

Inspect/adjust hub bearings for wear/damage, ensure smooth movement/no play

Inspect rear derailleur cable/electronic wire for wear/damage

Inspect inner tubes for punctures

Silver Service

A bronze service is recommended every 6 Months.
