Gold Service

A Gold service is recommended every 18-24 Months, it includes everything in the Silver service plus the following. Full strip down and rebuld, Headset service, Bottom bracket removed, serviced and refitted (new parts may be required at additional cost), and a hydraulic brake bleed. Pivot bearings can be served at additional cost. E-bikes can be diagnosed and updated at an additional cost of £45.

Silver Service

A Silver service is recommended every 12 Month. It includes everything in the bronze service plus the following, Drivetrain stripped and degreased and refitted (parts replaced if necessary at additional cost), Hub servicing front and rear (parts replaced if required at additional cost), Wheels true'd, gear and brake cables replaced (doe not include hydraulic brakes).

Bronze Service

A bronze service is recommended every 6 Months. this includes a full assessment of your bicycle, check and adjust tyre pressures, check all bolts and tighten to manufacturers torques specs, check and adjust gears and brakes, basic chain clean and lubrication.

A bronze service is recommended every 6 Months. includes the standard bronze package plus bike diagnostic and software update if applicable.
