Safety Assessment

Inspect frame for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, seat clamp area, bottle cage and accessory mounting points

Inspect fork for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, crown, steerer tube and accessory mounting points

Suspension forks, clean/inspect seals and upper tubes. Check for function

Inspect headset for wear/corrosion, adjust

Inspect handlebar tape/grips for wear/damage

Inspect spokes and rim for wear/damage

Inspect spoke tension and true lateral/radial as appropriate

Inspect tyres for condition and wear

Inspect condition of hose/cable

Inspect condition of brake pads

Inspect brake rotor for wear/damage/torque

Inspect bottom bracket torque, ensure free rotation of bearings

Inspect chain rings/crank arms/spindle for wear/damage

Inspect pedal body for wear/damage

Ensure smooth rotation of pedal bearings and check for play

Inspect cassette for wear/damage and torque

Ensure derailleur hanger is straight and secure

Inspect rear derailleur cable/electronic wire for wear/damage

Inspect rear derailleur for wear/damage

Inspect front derailleur for wear/damage

Check saddle for wear/damage

Adjust brakes and check functionality and pad wear

Brake Service

Inspect condition of lever, including main body, blades and position. Adjust if required. 

Adjust brake, ensure correct function including no rub and appropriate bite-point

Adjust/Index gears and check drivetrain wear

Gear Service

Inspect chain for wear/damage lubricate

Set rear derailleur upper/lower limits and b-tension

Adjust rear derailleur indexing

Set front derailleur position/height

Set front derailleur upper/lower limits

Adjust front derailleur indexing

This includes both a brake and gear adjustment (£20ea), saving you £5! A basic service is recommended every 6 Months.

Basic Service

This includes everything in the Basic Service plus minor adjustments across the whole bike. A standard service is recommended every 12 Month.

Standard Service

Inspect / adjust suspension linkages (if required)

Inspect stem for wear, check/adjust torque, straight

Inspect handlebar for wear/damage, check torque

Inspect/adjust hub bearings for wear/damage, ensure smooth movement/no play

Inspect tubeless system, top-up or replace consumables as appropriate

Install crankset, ensure smooth running/no play

Inspect and regrease pedal/crankarm threads

Update electronic drivetrain firmware

Clean and inspect seat post and clamp. Grease/fibre grip as appropriate

Clean and insect saddle rails/clamps. Adjust position if needed

Ensure any accessories are safe/secure

This includes everything in the Basic and Standard Services plus removal of Drivetrain for deep clean. A premium service is recommended every 18-24 Months. 

Top Service

Inspect caliper for correct function including clean/lube pistons

Inspect condition of hydraulic fluid if applicable

Full strip and rebuild of your bike or custom build - For cable actuated brakes only - Includes advice on parts, setup etc.

Full Bike Build - Cable Brakes

Full strip and rebuild of your bike or custom build - For Hydraulic actuated brakes only - Includes advice on parts, setup etc.

Full Bike Build - Hydraulic Brakes

Here you can customise your electric bike services. Please follow the same process as above because these will be displayed separately to your standard services.
