Service Packages

A gold service is recommended every 18-24 Months. Our gold service is our most thorough service designed to keep your bike running smoothly and diagnose any issues. The gold service includes replacements of all inner and outer brake and gear cables, and the chain being cleaned and lubricated. Please note the service excludes the cost of parts. 

Gold Service

Inspect frame for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, seat clamp area, bottle cage and accessory mounting points

Inspect fork for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, crown, steerer tube and accessory mounting points

Inspect headset for wear/corrosion, adjust

Inspect stem for wear, check/adjust torque, straight

Inspect handlebar for wear/damage, check torque

Inspect handlebar tape/grips for wear/damage

Inspect/adjust hub bearings for wear/damage, ensure smooth movement/no play

Inspect spokes and rim for wear/damage

Inspect tyres for condition and wear

Inspect condition of lever, including main body, blades and position. Adjust if required. 

Inspect condition of hose/cable

Inspect condition of brake pads

Adjust brake, ensure correct function including no rub and appropriate bite-point

Inspect bottom bracket torque, ensure free rotation of bearings

Inspect chain rings/crank arms/spindle for wear/damage

Install crankset, ensure smooth running/no play

Inspect pedal body for wear/damage

Ensure smooth rotation of pedal bearings and check for play

Inspect cassette for wear/damage and torque

Inspect chain for wear/damage lubricate

Ensure derailleur hanger is straight and secure

Inspect rear derailleur cable/electronic wire for wear/damage

Inspect rear derailleur for wear/damage

Set rear derailleur upper/lower limits and b-tension

Adjust rear derailleur indexing

Inspect front derailleur for wear/damage

Set front derailleur upper/lower limits

Adjust front derailleur indexing

Ensure any accessories are safe/secure

Inspect tyre pressure

Tighten all nuts and bolts

Replace brake cable and housing

Replace gear cable and housing

Drivetrain cleaned and lubricated

A standard service is recommended every 12 Months. Our silver service is a maintenance check designed to keep your bike running smoothly and diagnose any issues. Please note the price does not include the cost of parts.

Silver Service

Inspect spoke tension and true lateral/radial as appropriate

Inspect brake rotor for wear/damage/torque

Set front derailleur position/height

A basic service is recommended every 6 Months. Our bronze service is a basic maintenance check designed to keep your bike running smoothly and diagnose any issues. Please note the price does not include the cost of parts.
