At Proper, we pride ourselves on charging fairly, for every bike, we will carry out a full top to toe assessment clearly detailing what is required. In most cases we will offer 2 prices, one with advisories, and one without advisories. We will not charge you for anything you do not need, and we will not try to upsell you, just offer unbiased advice. We do not charge for the assessment, and there is no pressure to go ahead with any work, we can do as much or as little as you would like us to.
