Advanced Service

A complete package for your bicycle. Aimed to set your bicycle feeling like new again. Perfect if you're a high mileage rider, or all season racer looking to keep the bike running in all weathers.

Interim Service

Mid tier, annual service. Best for commuters and club riders, or if you haven't ridden the bike in a while. This service covers your brakes, your bearings, your tyres. It doesn't include tubeless tyre setups, or hydraulic brake bleeds.

Basic Service

Gears and Brakes. Best if you're not sure what service to pick. Perhaps the bike is out of the shed for the first time in years, or perhaps you've just bought it second hand. A full check and report for the safety of the bike. If a higher level servicing package (Intermim or Advanced) is required the cost of the safety check will be taken off that service. Includes mechanical gear/brake service, basic fitting of new drivetrain components, and a full not/bolt check. Mechanical brakes only.

Brakes Service - Mechanical/Cable

Covers all types of mechanically operated/cable operated brakes. Adjustments, alignments, labour of fitting new pads/cables.

Gear Service

A service for gears of the bike. Covers adjustments of upper and lower limits. Fitting of a new chain or cassette, and fitting of new cables.

Puncture Remedy - Inner Tube Fit

Simple puncture repair for generic bicycles. Please check your tyre sidewall to inform us of size beforehand. We cannot always guarantee being able to carry every size/valve type of tube. If you have a material preference (tubolito/latex) please let us know at least 3 days in advance of your booking. To ensure the best possible result we will always replace the tube, we may sometimes recommend changing the tyre. If you can attach pictures to your booking that massively helps!

Fitting only - does not include valve, tape etc

Tubeless Tyre Setup (per tyre)

Labour for taping, top up of sealant, valve input, seating. Tape, sealant, and valve are sold separetly. Tyre liners can be fitted for an additional fee.

Hub Gear/Motor puncture repair

Warranty Handling / Fork Servicing

Handling repair and warranty of items direct with suppliers. Cost of labour + any postage will be added. We outsource our fork servicing for now, and will always use a insured courier service. This can result in higher shipping costs often upwards of £40 dependent on size weight. Typical fork/shock/dropper servicing costs are £100 and we take no markup on this.

Service Headset

The bearings that help you steer. If your steering is feeling sticky or grindy you might need a headset service. This is the non-integrated variant of the service, if you have an integrated headset (cables through the bearing) please book the integrated headset service option.

Bicycle Build - Child

Bicycle sizes up to 16" - Includes basic child's bikes, and balance bikes, and fitting of any stabilisers. For wheels sizes 20"+ please book a bike build. A bike build ensures the correct build and safety of your shop/internet bought bike. Recommended any time you buy a bicycle from a non-cycle or online retailer.

Bicycle from box – Adult

For when you've bought a bike online, or from a non-cycling retail store. Common problems with gears and brakes not being aligned properly, mech hangers being bent, wheels not being totally trued. We remedy all of these to get your bike running smoothly. A reduction in cost may be offered at our discretion complexity dependent - this is not guaranteed and cannot be requested. If the bike presents a greater level of complexity we may rebook you under custom build to accout for the time.

Derailleur Hanger Straightened

Straighten derailleur hanger and reindex gears

Fit Tubular Tyre

Glue or taping wheel and fit. Gluing may require the wheel to be left for a few days.

Headset Fit

Fit Handlebar Tape

Wrapping of handlebar tape for drop handlebar and aerobar extensions. Incudes electrical tape. Please let us know if you have a preference on wrap point otherwise we will use our discretion.

Chain Replacement & Fit

Fitting of chain only. We generally use high quality KMC or drivetrain own brand chains. Please let us know the groupset of your bike in advance or if you have the chain already before booking this service.
