Level 1 Routine Maintenance

Level 2 Biannual Maintenance

Level 2 Bike Service – Enhanced Check & Maintenance ✅ Same as Level 1 but with additional services ✅ Bike clean ✅ Replacement of parts as needed ✅ Disassemble parts and inspect for damage ✅ Fixing, removal, and reinstallation with appropriate solution (grease or Loctite) ✅ Removal of any tubeless sealant and replacement with new ✅ Brake fluid level check and brake piston clean ✅ Brake caliper mounts faced to ensure correct alignment

Level 3 Bike Service – Full Overhaul & Precision Tune ✅ Same as Level 2 but with additional comprehensive services ✅ Complete overhaul of components ✅ Ultrasonic parts clean ✅ Parts replaced where necessary ✅ All aspects of the bike tuned and aligned using laser technology ✅ Brakes overhauled and refreshed with new fluids ✅ Brake mounts faced and aligned ✅ Taster Bikefit (saddle height and reach assessment)
