Standard Bike Service
Standard Bike Service covers the essentials to keep your ride running smooth. This includes brake alignment, shifter lubrication and adjustment, gear indexing, a full bike clean, and complete lubrication. Typical turnaround is 2–3 days.

Box Bike Build covers a full new-bike assembly from the box so your ride is safe and dialed. This includes installing and torquing all components, setting up brakes and shifting, aligning wheels and cockpit, and a complete safety check with final test ride.

Advanced Bike Service
Our Advanced Bike Service is a solid mid-level tune for riders who want everything running smooth without a full tear-down. We’ll align your brakes, lube and adjust your shifters, dial in your gear indexing, and true + dish both wheels (front and rear) so the bike tracks straight and feels tight. We finish with a full bike clean and complete lubrication to keep everything quiet and reliable. Typical turnaround is 2–3 days

Fork/Shock Service is performed by FullSuspension Midwest: we remove the fork/shock and ship components for service (packaging/shipping ≈ $30); fork removal/installation adds a $40 headset service fee. Typical turnaround is 2–3 weeks, and services follow a 1-year or 150–200-hour interval. We service all forks and shocks at any price or complexity—including advanced systems like RockShox Flight Attendant.

Our Advanced E-Bike Service is a mid-level tune to get your bike shifting smooth, braking straight, and riding quiet again. It includes brake alignment, shifter lubrication and adjustment with gear indexing, and a wheel true + dish on both wheels (front and rear). We also assess all e-bike electrical cables and connections for damage or wear. We finish with a full bike clean and complete lubrication, with a typical turnaround of 2–3 days.

Hub/Freewheel Service
Complete hub and freehub service. All pawls, springs, and bearings are fully cleaned and inspected. Old grease and debris are removed, then the hub is re-greased and reassembled for smooth, reliable performance.

Derailleur Hanger Alignment
Derailleur hanger alignment to ensure smooth, accurate shifting. We measure the hanger with a precision alignment tool and straighten it back to spec, then re-check shifting and make minor adjustments as needed. Recommended after a crash, tip-over, or if the bike won’t index cleanly.

Tire & Tube Replacement
Tire and tube replacements each cost $20 for labor. If we provide the parts, their cost is added. Turnaround time is based on when the tire or tube arrives.

Bar Wrap/Tape
We remove your old tape, clean the handlebars, and install fresh bar tape with a tight, even wrap. Ends are secured cleanly, cables are tucked properly, and the finish looks smooth and professional.

Tubeless Setup
Our Tubeless Setup service gets your wheels converted and sealed up the right way so you can ride with better grip and fewer flats. Labor is included, sealant is included (valves and rim tape are extra), and we finish with a leak check and pressure test to make sure everything holds. Typical turnaround is 2–3 days.

Tubless Refresh
Tubeless tires are removed, rims and tires are thoroughly cleaned, and new sealant is installed. Service is $50 per set (front and rear).

Headset Service
Our headset service covers a complete tune-up, typically completed in 2–3 days. If replacement is necessary, there will be an added cost for the new headset, and completion time depends on when the part arrives.

This service includes a full tune-up of your bottom bracket with a typical turnaround of 2–3 days. If a replacement is needed, we’ll install a new bracket at an additional part cost. Timing depends on part arrival. Note: $30 surcharge applies for Press-Fit bottom brackets.

Brake Oil Bleed
Our Brake Line Oil Bleed Service includes fresh oil and proper disposal of the old fluid. Pricing is per brake line and covers a complete hydraulic oil bleed. This service is ideal for restoring firm, responsive braking on bikes and e-bikes alike. Turnaround time is typically 2–3 days, and Surron oil bleeds are the same price.

Cables & Jackets
We offer cable replacement at $10 per cable and jackets from $10–$20 depending on length. For hydraulic lines, we charge $5–$7 per foot. Service takes 2–3 days. Additional charges apply for internally routed lines: $10 per mechanical line, $20 for hydraulic.

We’ll install a new chain for $15. If we supply the chain, part cost is added separately. Completion depends on when the part arrives.

Car/Van Hitch Installation
We install hitches for vehicles like Honda SUVs, Chrysler Vans, and Mazda SUVs. Plan for 1–2 hours of work time at the shop. Full install costs range from $500–$700 depending on the hitch and bike rack selected. Please contact us to discuss your setup. +$20 sur charge if metal drilling is required.
