Service Packages

This is a comprehensive service encompassing a strip and rebuild, ensuring all components are inspected, cleaned, service, greased and reassembled for optimum performance. NB price is for service labour only - does not include parts

Gold Service

Inspect frame for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, seat clamp area, bottle cage and accessory mounting points

Inspect fork for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, crown, steerer tube and accessory mounting points

Inspect headset for wear/corrosion, adjust

Inspect stem for wear, check/adjust torque, straight

Inspect handlebar for wear/damage, check torque

Inspect handlebar tape/grips for wear/damage

Inspect/adjust hub bearings for wear/damage, ensure smooth movement/no play

Inspect spokes and rim for wear/damage

Inspect spoke tension and true lateral/radial as appropriate

Inspect tyres for condition and wear

Inspect tubeless system, top-up or replace consumables as appropriate

Inspect condition of lever, including main body, blades and position. Adjust if required. 

Inspect condition of hose/cable

Inspect condition of brake pads

Inspect caliper for correct function including clean/lube pistons

Inspect condition of hydraulic fluid if applicable

Inspect brake rotor for wear/damage/torque

Adjust brake, ensure correct function including no rub and appropriate bite-point

Clean and inspect bottom bracket shell threads if appropriate

Inspect bottom bracket torque, ensure free rotation of bearings

Inspect chain rings/crank arms/spindle for wear/damage

Install crankset, ensure smooth running/no play

Inspect pedal body for wear/damage

Ensure smooth rotation of pedal bearings and check for play

Inspect and regrease pedal/crankarm threads

Inspect cassette for wear/damage and torque

Inspect chain for wear/damage lubricate

Ensure derailleur hanger is straight and secure

Inspect rear derailleur cable/electronic wire for wear/damage

Inspect rear derailleur for wear/damage

Set rear derailleur upper/lower limits and b-tension

Adjust rear derailleur indexing

Inspect front derailleur for wear/damage

Set front derailleur position/height

Set front derailleur upper/lower limits

Adjust front derailleur indexing

Clean and inspect seat post and clamp. Grease/fibre grip as appropriate

Clean and insect saddle rails/clamps. Adjust position if needed

Check saddle for wear/damage

Ensure any accessories are safe/secure

Clean & refit headset bearings to ensure smooth operation

Remove, clean, refit & grease chain, cassette and crankset

Full assembly for a new bike from boxed, includes full pre delivery inspection and all safety checks to ensure the bike is set up ready to ride.

Bicycle Assembly – Adult Standard Bike

The Silver service includes a full drivechain clean and regrease, frame clean and inspection & adjustment of all components and fittings. A great general maintenance service to ensure your bike is safe, reliable and performing well.

Full damage inspection report for insurance purposes. Includes assessment of frame, forks and all components and accessories. Written report is provided detailing any damage and approx cost of repair/replacement.
