Gold Service

3 hours of labour Full safety inspection Gear indexing Brake adjustment Clean and lubricate all moving parts Check and torque all bolts Inflation of tyres Detailed inspection of all wear areas inc. bottom bracket, headset, wheel hubs, tyres, brake pads and cables Wheel clean, lube and truing Bike clean in the stand Headset strip and rebuild Hub adjustment and tightening Bottom bracket removal and re-fit Covers the labour of fitting a large amount of parts such as chains, cassettes, brake pads, grips, bottom brackets and more Covers the removal and refit of headsets and bottom brackets

Silver Service

2 hours of labour Full safety inspection Gear indexing Brake adjustment Clean and lubricate all moving parts Check and torque all bolts Inflation of tyres Detailed inspection of all wear areas inc. bottom bracket, headset, wheel hubs, tyres, brake pads and cables Wheel clean, lube and truing Bike clean in the stand Covers the labour of fitting multiple parts such as chains, cassettes, brake pads, grips, bottom brackets and more If more than a couple of bearing areas require servicing then a Gold Service is usually needed to cover the additional labour.

Bronze Service

1 hour of labour Full safety inspection Gear indexing Brake adjustment Clean and lubricate all moving parts Check and torque all bolts Inflation of tyres Detailed inspection of all wear areas inc. bottom bracket, headset, wheel hubs, tyres, brake pads and cables If parts are required then the fitting of one part, such as a chain, can be included in this 1 hour service. If more than a couple of parts are required then a Silver Service is usually needed to cover the additional labour. A Silver Service includes wheel truing and a more thorough cleaning/ regreasing, which aren’t included at the Bronze level.
