Customer Service At Peakland Cycles we pride ourselves on customer service. Buy a bike from us and we will make sure it’s just how you want it. Any problems we will sort them, any questions we will answer them. Once you leave with your bike it’s not the end of our service. If you have any questions or concerns we are only at the end of the phone. Pop back any time even if it’s only to chat about your last ride. We ride the bikes we sell and are happy to give advice. Something for Everyone At Peakland Cycles there’s something for everyone. Located in Bakewell we are perfectly positioned in the Peak District which is full of trails and rides. Whether you want to roll around our local reservoirs on purpose built bike trails, race around the road, commute to work or crave an adventure off-roading, the Peak District and surrounding area has a ride suited for you. Buying a Bike Buying a bike is an investment and needs to be right for you, so we are always on hand for a chat or advice in the shop or over the phone. Once you have purchased your bike we have a full after sales services including maintenance, upgrades, repairs and servicing plus a range of practical accessories from quality brands like Shimano, Giro, Lazer, Cateye and Muc-Off. Cytech Cytech is the bicycle industry’s recognized training and accreditation scheme for bicycle mechanics and retail staff. Cytech delivers training and promotion of technical skills to the bicycle trade and cyclists throughout the UK. From the basics of bicycle maintenance to complex bike builds and servicing of top end technical products. Cytech is more than simply training, it is owned by the industry and is recognized as the benchmark brand for accreditation of technical skills and quality businesses.

What we offer
Drivetrain Clean and Degrease
Your entire drivetrain (chain, cassette, front and rear derailleur and chainset) are cleaned using our Rowasher parts washer using a biodegradable enzyme based degreaser, to remove road grime, mud and lubricant build up. This helps to prolong the life of the parts and we have found that it also helps the gears to shift more smoothly. Why not have it done at the end of winter so your bike is ready for spring riding and (hopefully) better weather.
