Service Packages

We tune your gears and brakes, inflate your tyres and complete a safety check on your frame, forks and wheels. Parts are not included.

A Basic Tune Up is recommended every 6 Months.

We service your gears and brakes, including removing your chain, cassette and chainset and giving them a thorough clean in our Parts Washer. Your hubs, rims, headset, BB, frame and forks are all checked. Tyres are checked and inflated. Parts are not included.

A General Service is recommended every 12 Months

General Service

Update electronic drivetrain firmware

Clean and inspect seat post and clamp. Grease/fibre grip as appropriate

Clean and insect saddle rails/clamps. Adjust position if needed

Inspect fork for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, crown, steerer tube and accessory mounting points

Frame/Fork

Inspect spoke tension and true lateral/radial as appropriate

Inspect and regrease pedal/crankarm threads

Inspect / adjust suspension linkages (if required)

Suspension forks, clean/inspect seals and upper tubes. Check for function

Install crankset, ensure smooth running/no play

Inspect frame for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, seat clamp area, bottle cage and accessory mounting points

Our Full Service comprises a full bike strip down with, hubs, wheels, headset and bottom bracket serviced, cleaned and reassembled as required. Your bike will be valeted and tyres inflated with sealant topped up/replaced as required. Cables and handlebar tape will be replaced. Parts are not included.

A full service is recommended every 18-24 Months.

Charge/replace electronic drivetrain batteries

Inspect caliper for correct function including clean/lube pistons

Clean and inspect bottom bracket shell threads if appropriate

Inspect condition of hydraulic fluid if applicable

We will build and safety check your bike if bought elsewhere and ensure your bike is safe to ride, Additional charges may apply if bikes require further frame prep or feature internal cable routing.
