You're welcome to let us know the date you plan to bring in your bike; however, please note that we cannot guarantee a specific turnaround time due to the varying volume of bikes we receive each week. Before we begin any work on your bike, our expert mechanics perform a thorough initial assessment after you drop it off. Once the assessment is complete, we'll give you a call to walk you through your options — whether that’s making your bike safe to ride or restoring it to like-new condition. We believe in full transparency, so no repairs will be made until you've reviewed and approved the labor and parts costs. You're always in control, and we’re here to make sure you get exactly the service you need.
