Service Packages

The bike will be fully stripped, all components serviced in house (*All suspension sent to either TF Tuned or Silverfish, which will be sorted and sent in house).
Bike then rebuilt, new components added where necessary :)

Full Suspension MTB (platinum service)

Everything stripped and serviced on the bike.  All bearings, cables, hydraulics ect.  
The bike will feel brand new after!!

If the group set is purchased through KBT, fitting will be £100.  I can get all of your main groupsets including Shimano, Sram an Campagnolo. 
Whilst the bike is apart it is a good time to service/replace any consumables :)

Premium service (rim brake)

A premium service is recommended every 18-24 Months.  This is where the bike is fully stripped down to frame and components and rebuilt.  All consumable parts serviced/replaced where required.

Premium Service (internally routed headset)

Inspect frame for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, seat clamp area, bottle cage and accessory mounting points

Inspect / adjust suspension linkages (if required)

Inspect fork for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, crown, steerer tube and accessory mounting points

Suspension forks, clean/inspect seals and upper tubes. Check for function

Inspect headset for wear/corrosion, adjust

Inspect stem for wear, check/adjust torque, straight

Inspect handlebar for wear/damage, check torque

Inspect handlebar tape/grips for wear/damage

Inspect/adjust hub bearings for wear/damage, ensure smooth movement/no play

Inspect spokes and rim for wear/damage

Inspect spoke tension and true lateral/radial as appropriate

Inspect tyres for condition and wear

Inspect tubeless system, top-up or replace consumables as appropriate

Inspect condition of lever, including main body, blades and position. Adjust if required. 

Inspect condition of hose/cable

Inspect condition of brake pads

Inspect caliper for correct function including clean/lube pistons

Inspect condition of hydraulic fluid if applicable

Inspect brake rotor for wear/damage/torque

Adjust brake, ensure correct function including no rub and appropriate bite-point

Clean and inspect bottom bracket shell threads if appropriate

Inspect bottom bracket torque, ensure free rotation of bearings

Inspect chain rings/crank arms/spindle for wear/damage

Install crankset, ensure smooth running/no play

Inspect pedal body for wear/damage

Ensure smooth rotation of pedal bearings and check for play

Inspect and regrease pedal/crankarm threads

Inspect cassette for wear/damage and torque

Inspect chain for wear/damage lubricate

Ensure derailleur hanger is straight and secure

Inspect rear derailleur cable/electronic wire for wear/damage

Inspect rear derailleur for wear/damage

Set rear derailleur upper/lower limits and b-tension

Adjust rear derailleur indexing

Inspect front derailleur for wear/damage

Set front derailleur position/height

Set front derailleur upper/lower limits

Adjust front derailleur indexing

Update electronic drivetrain firmware

Charge/replace electronic drivetrain batteries

Clean and inspect seat post and clamp. Grease/fibre grip as appropriate

Clean and insect saddle rails/clamps. Adjust position if needed

Check saddle for wear/damage

Ensure any accessories are safe/secure

With bikes being made from carbon now, breakages are unfortunately more prevalent than ever.  Therefore I offer a carbon repair service.  This involves me stripping the bike down and keeping all the components.  I then would arrange getting the frame taken to the best carbon repairer in the area, Vic for assessment and repair (he would work closely with you to make sure you got exactly what you wanted for the price you want)!
The bike would then be returned to me for rebuilding :)
