Basic Service

A basic service is recommended every 6 months, after a period of not using the bike or simply because you want it to run smoother! The bike will be looked over and basic things like brake and gear adjustments will be caried out. - Further work/parts will be discussed if required along with a quote to do the work.

Standard Service

A standard service is recommended every 12 Month. This may include if required: - The servicing of bearings where required. - Changing of brake/gear cables. - Bleeding of brakes. - Truing of wheels.

Premium Service (internally routed headset)

A premium service is recommended every 12-24 months totally dependent on use and whether you run a bike all year round or just as a summer bike. This is where the bike is fully stripped down to frame and components and rebuilt. All consumable parts serviced/replaced where required. *Parts not included

Premium service (rim brake)

All bearings serviced or replaced where required. Full cable change. Full de-grease. Any parts changed where required.

Platinum service - Full Suspension MTB

The bike will be fully stripped, all components serviced in house (*All suspension sent to either TF Tuned or Silverfish, which will be sorted and sent in house). https://www.tftuned.com/servicing (follow the link for suspension servicing costs) Bike then rebuilt, new components installed where necessary :) *Parts not included

Platinum Service - Hardtail MTB

Like the Full suspension platinum service the bike will be fully stripped, forks sent off for service with TF Tuned if required (https://www.tftuned.com/servicing ----prices here). Bike fully rebuilt with new parts installed where necessary. Every component will be serviced and the bike will be running like new!

Headset change (internal design)

This is for the modern bikes where the brake/gear cables run trough the headset. Thus meaning if the headset needs replacing it is also time to replace the cables/hoses. It is more expensive as the process is much longer. Out of this service you will also get: - Brakes bled and calipers serviced/pistons leveled etc. - Gear cables replaced and gears indexed, hanger checked for alignment. - All other bearings will be checked over and advised if further work is required.

Wheel service (per wheel)

Wheel services - They will be cleaned and assessed for damage. - Bearings will be fully stripped of greased and regreased or replaced. - Wheel will be checked for trueness. - Tyre sealant added if necessary. *Parts not included.

Tubeless setup, per wheel

The wheel will be taken in and made tubeless including taping, installation of valve and addition of sealant. Wheel will also be trued where required and bearings checked for any servicing requirements. * Parts not included

Drop in service (bottom bracket change/gear cable change and index/mech hanger alignment) from

New groupset purchase and installation

If the group set is purchased through KBT, fitting will be £100. I can get all of your main groupsets including Shimano, Sram an Campagnolo. Whilst the bike is apart it is a good time to service/replace any consumables :)

Carbon damage/crash repair service (strip down and rebuild)

With bikes being made from carbon now, breakages are unfortunately more prevalent than ever. Therefore I offer a carbon repair service. This involves me stripping the bike down and keeping all the components. I then would take or arrange collection of the frame to the best carbon repairer in the area, Vic for assessment and repair (he would work closely with you to make sure you got exactly what you wanted for the price you want)! The bike would then be returned to me for rebuilding, as the bike will most likely be fully stripped it will be a good time to service the parts where required :) *Parts not included
