Service Packages

This includes everything in the General service, replacement cables, a hub service, headset, bottom bracket service, drivetrain clean and full wheel true.



Full Service

We cover everything in the Basic Service plus hub, headset and BB adjustment, minor wheel true, and a replacement of all wearable parts. We recommended this service every 3 to 9 months, depending on how you use your bike.

General Service (£70 Plus Parts)

We carry out a full safety check, including any adjustment and tuning as required of brakes and gears. We will then write a report of what is needed on your bicycle.

Safety Check (£39 Plus Parts)

Get your bike assessed and then receive a quote.

Inspect frame for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, seat clamp area, bottle cage and accessory mounting points

Inspect / adjust suspension linkages (if required)

Inspect fork for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, crown, steerer tube and accessory mounting points

Suspension forks, clean/inspect seals and upper tubes. Check for function

Inspect headset for wear/corrosion, adjust

Inspect stem for wear, check/adjust torque, straight

Inspect handlebar for wear/damage, check torque

Inspect handlebar tape/grips for wear/damage

Inspect/adjust hub bearings for wear/damage, ensure smooth movement/no play

Inspect spokes and rim for wear/damage

Inspect condition of lever, including main body, blades and position. Adjust if required.
