the bike is stripped back to a bare frame and is cleaned and inspected - any replacement parts need will be quoted for you will be contacted for approval to go ahead

Premium Service

A standard service is recommended every 12 Month.
the drivetrain is removed and fully cleaned - any worn parts will be quoted for and you will be contacted

Standard Service

A basic service is recommended every 6 Months. - an MOT for your bike
your bike will be given a good inspection and will be checked over that everything works as it should and has a reasonable life left in it

Inspect frame for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, seat clamp area, bottle cage and accessory mounting points

Inspect / adjust suspension linkages (if required)

Inspect fork for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, crown, steerer tube and accessory mounting points

Suspension forks, clean/inspect seals and upper tubes. Check for function

Inspect headset for wear/corrosion, adjust

Inspect stem for wear, check/adjust torque, straight

Inspect handlebar for wear/damage, check torque

Install crankset, ensure smooth running/no play

Inspect pedal body for wear/damage

Ensure smooth rotation of pedal bearings and check for play

Inspect and regrease pedal/crankarm threads

Inspect cassette for wear/damage and torque

Inspect chain for wear/damage lubricate

Ensure derailleur hanger is straight and secure

Inspect rear derailleur cable/electronic wire for wear/damage

Inspect rear derailleur for wear/damage

Set rear derailleur upper/lower limits and b-tension

Adjust rear derailleur indexing

Inspect front derailleur for wear/damage
