Tier 1 Service (Bronze Equivalent)

A basic service is recommended every 6 Months or occasionally used bikes. Includes - Labour, Chain Lube, Cable Oil Gear Indexing Brake Adjustments Oil Chain Tyre Pressures Bolt Check

Tier 2 Service (Silver Equivalent)

A standard service is recommended every 12 Months Includes - Labour, Chain Lube, Oils Gear Indexing Brake Adjustments Oil Chain Tyre Pressures Bolt Check Wheel Bearings Adjusted For Play Bottom Bracket Adjusted For Play Headset Adjusted For Play

Tier 3 Service (Gold Equivalent)

A premium service is recommended every 18-24 Months. of general use, road bikes undergo more strain and wear so we recommend every 12 months Includes - Labour, Lubes, Oils, Greases Gear Indexing Brake Adjustments Oil Chain Tyre Pressures Bolt Check Wheel Bearings Adjusted For Play Bottom Bracket Adjusted For Play Headset Adjusted For Play Wheel Bearings Removed, Cleaned & Refitted Bottom Bracket Bearings Removed (if possible), Cleaned & Refitted Headset Bearings Removed, Cleaned & Replaced Derailleurs Removed, Degreased, Cleaned & Refitted Chain Scrubbed Crankset Removed, Degreased, Cleaned & Refitted Cassette Removed, Degreased, Cleaned & Refitted

Tier 4 Service (Platinum Equivalent)

A premium service is recommended every 18-24 Months. of general use, road bikes undergo more strain and wear so we recommend every 12 months. Tier 4 service is designed to offer value to those higher spec bikes needing brake bleeds or wheel true and tension graphs Includes - Labour, Lubes, Oils, Greases, Hydraulic/ Mineral Fluids Gear Indexing Brake Adjustments Oil Chain Tyre Pressures Bolt Check Wheel Bearings Adjusted For Play Bottom Bracket Adjusted For Play Headset Adjusted For Play Wheel Bearings Removed, Cleaned & Refitted Bottom Bracket Bearings Removed (if possible), Cleaned & Refitted Headset Bearings Removed, Cleaned & Replaced Derailleurs Removed, Degreased, Cleaned & Refitted Chain Scrubbed Crankset Removed, Degreased, Cleaned & Refitted Cassette Removed, Degreased, Cleaned & Refitted 2 X Brake Bleeds (recommended every 12 months for DOT systems, Or every 24 months for Mineral Systems (normally £30 per brake) 2 X Wheel Trues (we aim to true all wheels within a 1mm tolerance) (normally £30 per wheel) Spoke Tension Checked and print out graph provided (normally £10 per wheel)

Mobile Inner Tube Fitting within 5 miles

new inner tube fitted to your bike, wherever you are within 5 miles, we can normally do this same day or next day so worth calling us if you need it in a rush

new inner tube fitted to your bike within 5-10 miles of us (we can do further if needed but it would be a customer price) we can often do this same day or next day if needed so please call us to check if you need it fast

Silca Chain Waxing & Ultrasonic Clean

get your chain waxed with our dedicated Silca chain waxing system, we start by ultrasonic cleaning your cassette and new chain (waxing is recommended to new chains) then the chain gets dipped and agitated in hot wax to allow it to flow into the areas traditional chain lube cant get, it then baths for 10 minutes, we then remove it and allow the wax to harden, we then flex each individual chain link to free the chain, once the chain has been fitted to the bike you may experience some wax flicking from the chain for the first few miles, this is normal

Chain & Cassette Ultrasonic Clean

chain and cassette ultrasonic cleaning, recommended to the extremely gunky sticky chains, first cleaned twice in our degreasing tank, then put through our ultrasonic cleaner twice

Tubeless Top Up Per Wheel (doesn't include sealant)

Tubeless top up per wheel, sealant is not included, we do clean the valves the best we can, sometimes a new valve core is needed

Tubeless Set Up (per wheel)

tubeless set up labour, this does not include parts, cleaning of old tubeless sealant will be an extra charge varying depending on how long it takes to clean

Brake Bleed (per brake)

Brake Bleeds are recommended every 12 months for DOT fluid systems & every 24 months for Mineral Fluid systems We use manufacturer recommended/supplied fluids where possible

Wheel True (per wheel)

Wheel True £30 we aim to true your wheel within 1mm of perfect

Gear Hanger Alignment

if the gear hanger is not perfectly straight and true to the wheel the gears cannot be set up correctly, we can only straighten minor defects, anything we cannot straighten will require a new gear hanger (always a chance while attempting to straighter a gear hanger it can snap)

Customer Supplied Part (£5 per Item)

charge for fitting customer supplied parts, this is at mechanic discretion, some parts take 30 seconds to fit, some take much longer

Bike Clean

Bike clean is recommended for heavily soiled bikes, this can effect our ability to carry out repairs effectively so this is a bookable option for the customer or we can add this if the bike is too dirty to work on we use dedicated cycle cleaning solutions and products along with a dedicated cycle jet washer running lower pressure so your bike doesn't get damaged

Chain Ultrasonic Clean & Silca Secret Wax

ultrasonic chain clean, designed to clean in the rollers not just external Silca Secret Wax - only for new or very low milage chains, Waxing a bicycle chain offers several advantages over traditional wet lubes. It reduces friction, leading to a more efficient drivetrain and potentially increased speed. Wax also attracts less dirt and grime, keeping the chain cleaner and potentially extending its lifespan. This means less wear and tear on the chain, cassette, and chainrings, saving you money in the long run
