Service Packages

A complete strip down, re-build and service of the bike, 

(Includes labour for fitting general parts)

Silver service plus:

Drivetrain removed and degreased in parts washer
Full strip down to frame & forks, with deep clean and polish
Threads and interfaces cleaned and checked
Wheel hubs disassembled, cleaned and regreased
Headset disassembled, cleaned and regreased
Di2 or E-bike software update.

Gold Service

Recommended every 6 to 12 months, depending on use. 

(Includes labour for fitting general parts)

Bronze service plus:

Basic clean of frame, forks & wheels.
Drivetrain removed and degreased in parts washer
Spoke tensions checked and wheels trued
Wheel hub bearings checked and adjusted
Headset and bottom bracket bearings checked and adjusted

Silver Service

General tune up and safety check of the bike to keep you on the road and riding safely.  

(includes labour for fitting basic consumable parts only)

Frame & forks wiped down and checked for damage
Gears and brakes adjusted
Drivetrain checked for wear and lubricated
Wheels and tyres inspected for wear and inflated
Full safety check

Inspect frame for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, seat clamp area, bottle cage and accessory mounting points

Suspension forks, clean/inspect seals and upper tubes. Check for function

Inspect headset for wear/corrosion, adjust

Inspect stem for wear, check/adjust torque, straight

Inspect handlebar for wear/damage, check torque

Inspect condition of lever, including main body, blades and position. Adjust if required.

Ensure derailleur hanger is straight and secure
