Any additional servicing requirements will also be advised and quoted. 

Base Tune-up Service

Get your bike assessed at a bike fit session and then receive a quote for service to replace any worn components that are due to be replaced.  Advice on upgrades and improvements is also provided.

Schedule a session to collaborate and receive guidance on your position, technique and setup at a convenient time and in the comfort of your own space from anywhere in the world.

Remote Video Guidance Session

The session is as informative as it is technical.  It’s a rounded fitting experience to make the bike ‘yours’!

Running Gait & Form Analysis

This is a coached session focussing on how to apply and regulate your power output while in your aero position. Being aero is not just about being statically aerodynamic. That’s not enough to maximise your speed and aerodynamic gains.  How you actually apply your power, and the dynamic movement of your body which accompanies that motion, directly impacts how successful your aerodynamics are.

from £50  (Price dependent on specific assembly requirements of indoor bike or turbo trainer).

Have your new turbo trainer or indoor bike installed and set up at your bike fit, including a tutorial of mounting and dismounting your bike and tips for using the trainer/indoor bike with your selected software.

Inspect frame for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, seat clamp area, bottle cage and accessory mounting points

Inspect / adjust suspension linkages (if required)

Inspect fork for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, crown, steerer tube and accessory mounting points

Suspension forks, clean/inspect seals and upper tubes. Check for function

Inspect headset for wear/corrosion, adjust

Inspect stem for wear, check/adjust torque, straight

Inspect handlebar for wear/damage, check torque

Inspect handlebar tape/grips for wear/damage

Inspect/adjust hub bearings for wear/damage, ensure smooth movement/no play

Inspect spokes and rim for wear/damage

Inspect spoke tension and true lateral/radial as appropriate

Inspect tyres for condition and wear

Inspect tubeless system, top-up or replace consumables as appropriate

Inspect condition of lever, including main body, blades and position. Adjust if required. 

Inspect condition of hose/cable

Inspect condition of brake pads

Inspect caliper for correct function including clean/lube pistons

Inspect condition of hydraulic fluid if applicable

Inspect brake rotor for wear/damage/torque

Adjust brake, ensure correct function including no rub and appropriate bite-point

Clean and inspect bottom bracket shell threads if appropriate

Inspect bottom bracket torque, ensure free rotation of bearings

Inspect chain rings/crank arms/spindle for wear/damage

Install crankset, ensure smooth running/no play

Inspect pedal body for wear/damage

Ensure smooth rotation of pedal bearings and check for play

Inspect and regrease pedal/crankarm threads

Inspect cassette for wear/damage and torque

Inspect chain for wear/damage lubricate

Ensure derailleur hanger is straight and secure

Inspect rear derailleur cable/electronic wire for wear/damage

Inspect rear derailleur for wear/damage

Set rear derailleur upper/lower limits and b-tension

Adjust rear derailleur indexing

Inspect front derailleur for wear/damage

Set front derailleur position/height

Set front derailleur upper/lower limits

Update electronic drivetrain firmware

Charge/replace electronic drivetrain batteries

Clean and inspect seat post and clamp. Grease/fibre grip as appropriate
