About us
We offer expert repair services for all electric scooters and eBikes purchased new within the UK. Our services cover a wide range, including tyre and tube replacement, puncture repairs, as well as repairs for electrical components such as faulty wiring, controllers, and displays. We also specialise in custom built battery, original and compatible new battery replacement and motor rewinding and rewiring repairs, fitting new original and compatible motors. We providing diagnostics and repairs for common issues. If you are unsure what is wrong with your electric scooter or eBike, book an inspection and diagnosis with us. We will thoroughly examine your e-ride and provide a detailed report outlining the necessary repairs. We also accept repairs for electric scooters and eBikes that not purchased new but they are still in their original condition, and as long as all components are in acceptable condition.

e-Bike Repair Service Standard+
This package covers most common repairs for electric bike that meet all of the following conditions: 1. 20-inch tyre or above 2. 2000W or less motor power 3. 30Ah or less battery capacity Payment Options: Pay conveniently online during checkout using various methods such as credit card, debit card, PayPal, Klarna, and more. For in-person payment, select "Pay In Person" at checkout. You can then pay in cash, by tapping your card on our payment terminal, or via bank transfer when you drop off your item for repair. What's Included: 1-hour labor charge: Most repairs are completed within this timeframe. Inspection and Diagnosis: We'll pinpoint the exact issue with your e-bike. If you choose to proceed with the repair, the labour service charge included in this package will be applied, and there will be no additional labour fees. (the part cost not included) Part Installation: If a new part is needed, we'll install it. (Part cost is not included) Flat Tyre Repair: Repair for one flat tyre. Mini Service: Includes basic 5 points checks, cleaning, oiling and adjustments. Note 1: This repair service package for e-bike covers the first hour of labour. Additional charges may apply for more complex repairs or if the repair time exceeds one hour. Part costs are not included in the package price. Note 2: This £65 initial charges are non-refundable under any circumstances, regardless of whether any repair work is performed on your item. (Part cost is not included). Customers are welcome to supply their own parts for repairs.
