Valet & Polish

Essential service is £60, this includes a valet & polish. 
Parts are not included in this cost.

Essential Service

Inspect frame for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, seat clamp area, bottle cage and accessory mounting points

Inspect fork for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, crown, steerer tube and accessory mounting points

Inspect headset for wear/corrosion, adjust

Inspect stem for wear, check/adjust torque, straight

Inspect handlebar for wear/damage, check torque

Inspect handlebar tape/grips for wear/damage

Inspect spokes and rim for wear/damage

Inspect spoke tension and true lateral/radial as appropriate

Inspect tyres for condition and wear

Inspect tubeless system, top-up or replace consumables as appropriate

Inspect condition of lever, including main body, blades and position. Adjust if required. 

Inspect condition of hose/cable

Inspect condition of brake pads

Inspect brake rotor for wear/damage/torque

Adjust brake, ensure correct function including no rub and appropriate bite-point

Inspect bottom bracket torque, ensure free rotation of bearings

Inspect chain rings/crank arms/spindle for wear/damage

Install crankset, ensure smooth running/no play

Inspect pedal body for wear/damage

Ensure smooth rotation of pedal bearings and check for play

Inspect cassette for wear/damage and torque

Inspect chain for wear/damage lubricate

Ensure derailleur hanger is straight and secure

Inspect rear derailleur cable/electronic wire for wear/damage

Inspect rear derailleur for wear/damage

Set rear derailleur upper/lower limits and b-tension

Adjust rear derailleur indexing

Inspect front derailleur for wear/damage

Set front derailleur upper/lower limits

Adjust front derailleur indexing

Clean and inspect seat post and clamp. Grease/fibre grip as appropriate

Clean and insect saddle rails/clamps. Adjust position if needed

Check saddle for wear/damage

Ensure any accessories are safe/secure

Full strip down service is £120 and includes a valet & polish
Parts are not included
Pick up and delivery priced separately

Full Strip Down Service

Inspect / adjust suspension linkages (if required)

Suspension forks, clean/inspect seals and upper tubes. Check for function

Inspect/adjust hub bearings for wear/damage, ensure smooth movement/no play

Clean and inspect bottom bracket shell threads if appropriate

Inspect and regrease pedal/crankarm threads

Update electronic drivetrain firmware

Charge/replace electronic drivetrain batteries

Ebike service £80.  Includes valet & polish.
Parts are not included

Get your bike checked over and receive a quote based on what it needs

Research & Investigation (1hr)

£20 per brake.  Does not include new brake pads

Hydraulic Brake Bleed

Inspect caliper for correct function including clean/lube pistons

Inspect condition of hydraulic fluid if applicable

Bicycle Build - Child

Build from a box, any size above 24" wheel

Bicycle Build – Adult 

£20 per wheel
Convert compatible rim and tyre to tubeless system.  Includes rim tape and tubeless sealant
Does not include the cost of the  valves
