Premium Service
A premium service is recommended every 18-24 Months. All included in Annual Service - Brakes bled, aligned and disc inspected/straightened - Replace all cables - Bottom bracket removed, cleaned and re-greased - Headset removed, cleaned and re-greased - Installation of any additional parts required in service - Tubeless sealant top up

A standard service is recommended every 12 Month. Everything included in our tune up service - Chain and Cassette cleaned and lubricated ** - Chainset cleaned and lubricated/replaced** - Wheels tensioned and trued - Frame and fork wiped down - Test ridden by our technican **Parts not included – additional charges may apply

A basic service is recommended every 6 Months. - Handlebar, stem and saddle checked, aligned and set to correct torque - Bolt Thru-axles / QRs checked and tightened - Tires checked and inflated - Cranks and Pedals checked and set to correct torque - Chain checked for wear and lubricated - Gears adjusted and lubricated - Brake set up

Everything included in our Electric tune up service - Updated motor firmware if possible - Chain and Cassette cleaned and lubricated ** - Chainring cleaned and lubricated/replaced** - Wheels tensioned and trued - Frame and fork wiped down - Test ridden by our technician **Parts not included – additional charges may apply
