Service Packages

A premium service is recommended every 18-24 Months.

This includes a full stripdown and rebuild of your bike, including new cabling, re-grease of all needed areas and new parts installed where agreed.

This is a full service, including a deep clean of all needed parts. Chain set striped and re-lubed, mechs cleaned and protected, calipers cleaned and protected, frame cleaned.

This includes a full checkover of your bike, adjustments to gears, brakes and wheels, chain oiled and tyre pressure checked. Also a full saftey check and adjustemnts where needed. any extra parts or labour required would be discussed with the customer first.

Premium Service

Basic Service

A mobile service involves a visit to the location of your bike or bikes. Generally the work is performed at that location. But in some cases the bike or bikes may be taken away to be serviced in the workshop and returned when completed.

This includes a full checkover of your bike, adjustments to gears, brakes and wheels, chain oiled and tyre pressure checked. Also a full saftey check and adjustemnts where needed. any extra parts or labour required would be discussed with the customer first.


Mobile Service - the mechanic comes to you

Here you can customise your electric bike services. Please follow the same process as above because these will be displayed separately to your standard services.

Inspect headset for wear/corrosion, adjust

Install crankset, ensure smooth running/no play

Inspect cassette for wear/damage and torque

Ensure derailleur hanger is straight and secure
