Service Packages

Assemble new bike from all component parts to recommended

Torque settings, including all cables required.

New Bike Build

Inspect frame for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, seat clamp area, bottle cage and accessory mounting points

Frame/Fork

Inspect / adjust suspension linkages (if required)

Inspect fork for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, crown, steerer tube and accessory mounting points

Suspension forks, clean/inspect seals and upper tubes. Check for function

Inspect headset for wear/corrosion, adjust

Handlebar/Headset/Stem

Inspect stem for wear, check/adjust torque, straight

Inspect handlebar for wear/damage, check torque

Inspect handlebar tape/grips for wear/damage

Inspect/adjust hub bearings for wear/damage, ensure smooth movement/no play

Wheels/Tyres

Inspect spokes and rim for wear/damage

Inspect spoke tension and true lateral/radial as appropriate

Inspect tyres for condition and wear

Inspect tubeless system, top-up or replace consumables as appropriate

Inspect condition of lever, including main body, blades and position. Adjust if required. 

Brakes (Brake & Pad Type)

Inspect condition of hose/cable

Inspect condition of brake pads

Inspect caliper for correct function including clean/lube pistons

Inspect condition of hydraulic fluid if applicable

Inspect brake rotor for wear/damage/torque

Adjust brake, ensure correct function including no rub and appropriate bite-point

Clean and inspect bottom bracket shell threads if appropriate

Bottom Bracket/Cranks

Inspect bottom bracket torque, ensure free rotation of bearings

Inspect chain rings/crank arms/spindle for wear/damage

Install crankset, ensure smooth running/no play

Inspect pedal body for wear/damage

Pedals

Ensure smooth rotation of pedal bearings and check for play

Inspect and regrease pedal/crankarm threads

Inspect cassette for wear/damage and torque

Drivetrain/Gears

Inspect chain for wear/damage lubricate

Ensure derailleur hanger is straight and secure

Inspect rear derailleur cable/electronic wire for wear/damage

Inspect rear derailleur for wear/damage

Set rear derailleur upper/lower limits and b-tension

Adjust rear derailleur indexing

Inspect front derailleur for wear/damage

Set front derailleur position/height

Set front derailleur upper/lower limits

Adjust front derailleur indexing

Update electronic drivetrain firmware

Charge/replace electronic drivetrain batteries

Clean and inspect seat post and clamp. Grease/fibre grip as appropriate

Saddle

Clean and insect saddle rails/clamps. Adjust position if needed

Check saddle for wear/damage

Ensure any accessories are safe/secure

Accessories

Full strip down to frame & forks

Gold service plus:

Complete check & re-greasing of all components

Brake cable change inner & outer (excluding the cost of the parts)

Gear cable change inner & outer (excluding the cost of the parts)

Wheel hubs stripped down, cleaned, inspected and reassembled

Platinum Service

Headset checked & adjusted if necessary

Bottom bracket checked

Gear and brake inner cabling replaced (excluding the cost of the cables)

Drive train removed, cleaned, checked for wear and re-lubricated

Wheels checked for damage and wear, trued & tensioned

Advice given on any repairs/replacements necessary

Gold Service

Check for wear and tear, oil and re-grease all moving parts

Brake and gear adjustment

Tyre and safety check

Silver (Basic) Service

Get your bike assessed and then receive a quote.
