About us

Dialed Bike Service is a rider-owned, independent mountain bike workshop based on the North Shore of Vancouver. We specialize in high-quality mechanical service, suspension tuning, precision wheel builds, and meticulous drivetrain work. Every bike that comes through our stand is treated with the same level of care and attention we give our own. This isn’t a volume-driven shop. We focus on detail, communication, and doing the job right the first time. With years of hands-on industry experience — from high-performance mountain bikes to full workshop management — Dialed was built around one simple idea: your bike should feel better when it leaves than it ever has before. We ride here. We test here. We service for real terrain. From routine maintenance to full suspension overhauls and custom builds, our goal is simple — to keep your bike reliable, responsive, and ready for whatever the Shore throws at it.

What we offer

Inspection & Assessment

Not sure what service your bike needs? No problem. If something feels off — shifting, braking, suspension performance, noise, creaking, play, or general ride quality — book this assessment and we’ll take a proper look at it. We’ll inspect the bike, identify any issues, and recommend the right service plan based on your riding style and goals. Any required work will always be quoted and approved before we proceed.
