How well do you know the parts of your bike? Would you be confident ordering parts. What type of cassette do you have? What information do you need to order a replacement disc? Do you have a press fit or threaded BB… and more! This session will build a spec sheet for your bike

Basic Bike Maintenance - Building Confidence
Starting with the basics, this session covers all the fundamental ‘know how’ you need, enabling you to confidently check your bike for issues, keep an eye on parts that wear out, and how to lubricate a bike properly. I cover how to deal with the most common problems such as punctures, and what kit you should carry while cycling in case something goes wrong.

Intermediate Maintenance Training - Maintenance Adjustments
Bike maintenance, and making adjustments are all about following a ‘process’. I teach these processes. Once you understand the process for each part of your bike, checks and adjustments become much easier to understand, you have more successful outcomes and they are quicker to carry out.
