Gold Service

As per Silver Service but also includes full tear down and rebuild of the bike with all components removed, cleaned, and reinstalled returning the bike as close to showroom condition as possible. A premium service is recommended every 18-24 Months.

New bike assembly and PDI - Child

Electric Bronze Service

Electric Silver Service

A standard service is recommended every 12 Month. as per the Bronze service but also including new inner & outer gear and brake cables or hydraulic brake bleed. Then adjustment and alignment of same. Wheels trued for both lateral and radial displacement. Display monitor checked and all modes checked for engagement

Electric Gold Service

A premium service is recommended every 18-24 Months. As per Silver Service but also includes full tear down and rebuild of the bike with all components removed, cleaned, and reinstalled returning the bike as close to showroom condition as possible

All Nuts & Bolts Checked for Tightness

Check of stem, calliper mount, brake clamp, bottle cage, pedal, derailleur mount and clamp bolts, pannier mount and any other nut or bolt. Torqued to manufacturers spec (if not known generic level used)

Bicycle Damage Report for Insurance Companies

Crash damage assessment which involves a full check of your bicycle to determine the components that need to be replaced, including items that may only be cosmetically damaged, which adds to the cost of bringing the bike back to standard.

Frame Threads Reamed & Faced (per mount)

Re-tapping of overpainted or stripped frame mounts (if possible).

Accessory fitting

Lights, mudguards, bottle cages, panniers, bike bags, bells, reflectors etc. Price is from £10 for 1 item

Brakes Adjustment

Adjustment for cable brake systems. This helps you stop more safely.

External Brake Cable Replacement

Per brake. Supply and fitting of replacement inner and outer brake cables. Corrosion is your enemy on these.

Replace Disc Brake Pads

Per pair. Removal of old and replacement with new pad. Resetting of brakes to allow for new pads.

Replace Rim Brake Pad

Per pair. Removal of old and replacement with new pads. Resetting of brakes to allow for new pads.

Brake Service

Per brake. Removal of front & rear brake systems, supply and fitting of replacement inner & outer brake cables and pads, cleaning and degreasing of the brake surfaces. Makes your brakes feel like new again.

Hydraulic Brake Bleed

Hydraulic brake system bleed. New brake fluid introduced to clean the hoses. Air locks are removed. Should be carried out at least every year and when lever action becomes spongy.

Internal Brake Cable Fit

Per pair. Supply and fit new inner and outer brake cables with internal routing and perform a safety check. No more unsightly cables.

Bar tape wrapping

Removal of old tape and installation of new bar tape. Price is for labour only. Bar tape is extra but you can supply your favourite and I’ll fit it. Provides comfort over rough roads.

Headset service

Removal of headset to allow for inspection. Clean and regrease of cups and all bearings. Refitting and adjustment for smooth steering.

Fork Stem Replacement

Removal of old and fitting of new/replacement stem. Get the best length for you. I can help with this.

Headset Replacement

Not including parts. Removal of the old and then fitting of the new headset components to bring back smooth steering.

Handlebar Replacement

Removal of the old bars and stripping off of the brake and gears levers (if being re-used). Installation of the complete handlebar set-up (brake & gear levers included) onto your bicycle.

Drivetrain lubrication

Lubrication of the chain and the front and rear derailleurs

Chain lubrication

Lubrication of a dry chain outwith any service plan

Gear shifter fault diagnosis/disassembly

Disassembly of a shifter outwith normal servicing to diagnose shifting issues that cannot be diagnosed otherwise

Software Update & Diagnostic Report (Di2 only)

Using Shimano E-tube Project all Di2 components are checked for faults and any software updates applied

Derailleur Hanger Alignment

Removal of the rear derailleur, checking for hanger alignment and straightening if required. Can have a negative impact on shifting if it’s out.

Gears Re-index

Re-indexing of the front & rear derailleurs. Smooth shifting makes for an enjoyable ride.

Derailleur Hanger Replacement

Removal of the rear derailleur, replacement of the damaged hanger and checking for hanger alignment and straightening if required. Can have a negative impact on shifting if it’s out.

Cassette Replacement & Fit

Replacement of your worn cassette. Freehub body greased and cassette lockring torqued to specs. Ideally should be in conjunction with a new chain.

Chain Replacement & Fit

Replacement of your worn or damaged chain. Light lubrication of the chain. Ideally should be carried out when changing a cassette.

Cassette/Freewheel and chain combined replacement

Fitment of new chain and cassette at the same time. Cassette freehub body greased and lockring torqued. Chain lightly lubricated. No more slippage under load.

Chainset Replacement

Complete replacement of left & right crank arms, bottom bracket, chainring(s) and removal/refitting of pedals. Time for an upgrade? Labour costs only.

Front or Rear Derailleur Replacement (per item)

Installation of a new front or rear derailleur on your pride and joy. Includes removal of the old and indexing the new.

External Routed Gear Cable Replacement (per derailleur)

Supply and fit new inner and outer gear cables. Carry out gear service/re-indexing. No more chain chatter.

Bottom Bracket Service

Complete removal of the bottom bracket. Service and re-grease the bearings or replace (if necessary) and refit. Labour costs only. Could this be the source of that annoying creaking 10 miles into your ride?

Gear service/Re-index

Chain, cassette, and derailleur degrease and clean, hanger alignment and re-indexing of the front & rear derailleurs. Silent running like new will give you peace of mind.

Internal Routed Gear Cable Replacement (per derailleur)

Supply and fit new inner and outer gear cables and perform gear service/re-indexing. No more unsightly cables.

Coil spring suspension fork service (excluding parts)

Strip down, deep clean, regrease and rebuild of coil spring suspension fork (replacement parts not included)

Servicing of your suspension forks including new fork oil and seals. Please note we do not service Zoom Forks.

Rear shock (Air Can Service) including new dust seals. Please note: this does not include a damper rebuild of your shock - Please speak to us if you are having damping issues before booking.

Tubeless Tyre Conversion (pair)

Convert your wheel system to a tubeless set up. Please ensure that your wheels/rims are tubeless ready. This does not include parts such as sealant, valves, tape, or new tyres.

Hubs Adjusted for Play

Hubs are adjusted for any play found with the need to remove the axles of bearings.

Puncture Repair

Replacement of single inner tube . Parts not included. If you have purchased your own then I am happy to fit them for you.

Wheel hub service - Single (with bearings)

Removal of the wheel axle and bearings. Assessment as to whether the bearings need replacing and then rebuild of the hub. High quality wheel bearings and grease used in all builds.
