A gold service is recommended every 2-4 years. Includes Silver Service plus: Bottom bracket removed, cleaned and serviced. Headset bearings removed, cleaned and serviced. Torque check/tighten of all major bolts to manufacturer specification. All frame pivot bearings inspected and re-greased (full suspension models). Hardtail / Road bikes from £140 and full suspension/TT Bikes/E Bikes £200. Excludes parts and any additional labour

Safety Check

A premium service is recommended every 18-24 Months. Includes Bronze Service plus: Hub bearings cleaned and rebuilt with new grease. Full wheel truing and tension service in a professional truing stand to within 1mm. Excludes parts and any additional labour

Bronze Service

A standard service is recommended every 12 Month. Includes Safety Check plus: Full gear adjustments inc: indexing and performance oil applied. Full brake adjustments inc: check and alignment of pads (reset for optimum performance). Full check of all bolts inc: torque set to axles, cranks and handlebar/stem, all to manufacturer specification. Bottom bracket adjusted to reduce/remove play. Headset adjusted to reduce/remove play. Wheels trued and tensioned in the bike. Excludes parts and any additional labour

Basic Service

A basic service is recommended every 6 Months. Includes: Bike is assessed for wear and damage including all drivetrain parts headset, bottom bracket and wheel bearings. Brake service

Full brake service to both brakes including check and re-alignment of pads, clean of braking surface and adjustment to reach optimal performance

Brake fitment (per brake)

Removal of old brakes (inc hydraulic) from bike, fitment of new units. Brake bleed service available for £10 per brake caliper if required ​

Brake bleed inc service

Wheels and pads removed, brake pistons oiled, full bleed including fresh oil and pressure test. Brake re-setup with full clean down. Oil is included in the price.

Bottom bracket service

Cranks and bottom bracket removed and full clean of frame and BB housing. Re-grease and install followed by a check of the gears.

Bottom

Removal of Stuck fast bottom bracket. Where possible, the old unit will be saved but cannot be guaranteed.

Gear service

Full gear service including indexing, stop screw adjustment and re-oil using performance oil.

Fitment of the drivetrain groupset including bottom bracket, chainset, cassette, chain, shifters and derailleurs (front/rear)

Installation and setup of power meter pedals or cranks. Includes handover and tuition of operation (device not included)

E Bike System Update (Bosch, Shimano)

Note – we do not work on chipped E bikes and do not chip them. If any bike has any form of chip or speed delimiter, we must be advised before any work commences – we may refuse the option to service/work on the bike. E Bikes require regular software updates – a chipped bike will not allow an update and could stop the motor from working permanently leading to a new motor being needed. We bear no responsibility for this issue and is the sole responsibility of the owner.

Axle service

Wheel axle removed, all parts cleaned down and assessed for wear. Rebuilt with performance grease and tension adjusted in bearings (per wheel) Front wheel is £20+, Rear wheel is £30+

Inner tube fit (single wheel)

Old inner tube removed, tyre/wheel inspected for damage and penetrating items, new tube installed and inflated to recommended pressure (per wheel)

Inner tube fit (wheel in bike)

Wheel removed from bike, old inner tube removed, tyre/wheel inspected for damage and penetrating items, new tube installed and inflated to recommended pressure. Wheel reinstalled in bike, brake/gears checked for alignment (per wheel)

Tubular tyre fit (inc glue)

Rim surface cleaned and degreased. New tyre seated on rim with new glue (per wheel)

Tubeless Tyre/Kit Fit

Full fitting of tubeless kit including preparation, installation and pressure tuning (per wheel)

Wheel truing (Small)

Wheel trued to within 1mm, loose spokes tightened

Wheel truing (Large)

Wheel trued to within 0.5mm, full wheel re-tension performed

Wheel Build

New wheel built including full lacing, truing and tensioning to a complete, strong wheel

Assembly and setup
