Work Acceptance: We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion while providing an alternative solution. Scheduling: Bikes are scheduled for service one at a time to ensure quality and focus. Please do not bring multiple bikes to your dropoff unless you have booked separate times for both. Late Cancelations & No-Shows: There is a $25 fee for no call/no show or same day cancelations. Please Note: Cutlass Velo does not currently service scooters, e-bikes, cargo bikes, motorized bikes, or bikes from department stores or similar retailers.
