The Works Service

Full inspection and safety check, advice on any replacement parts needed, adjustment of brakes and gears, clean braking surfaces, degrease drivetrain and reapply oil to chain. Tyre pressures checked/inflated to correct pressure, seat post cleaned and re-greased, all critical fastenings checked and torqued as required, all inner cables replaced and finished with crimped ends, valve caps replaced as required. Both wheels trued on a jig for lateral, rotational and dish alignment. Wheel hubs, headset and bottom bracket dismantled, cleaned, inspected and re-greased. Replacement bearings/parts at additional cost as required. All over wash, rinse, dry and silicone polish to frame included as standard.

Ultimate Service

An Ultimate service is recommended every 12-18 Months. Full inspection and safety check, advice on any replacement parts needed, adjustment of brakes and gears, clean braking surfaces, degrease drivetrain and reapply oil to chain. Tyre pressures checked/inflated to correct pressure, seat post cleaned and re-greased, headset checked and torqued as required. Valve dust caps, gear/brake inner cables and crimped cable ends replaced as required. Both wheels trued on a jig for lateral, rotational and dish alignment. All over wash, rinse and dry included as standard.

Premium Service

A standard service is recommended every 12 Month. Full inspection and safety check, advice on any replacement parts needed, adjustment of brakes and gears, clean braking surfaces, degrease drivetrain and reapply oil to chain, tyres inflated to correct pressure, seat post cleaned and re-greased, headset checked and torqued as required. Valve dust caps, gear/brake inner cables* and crimped cable ends replaced as required (galvanised cables included, Shimano stainless @ additional £5 each). All over wash, rinse and dry included as standard.

Basic Service

A basic service is recommended every 6 Months. A standard service for 26" wheel size and above, including full inspection and safety check, advice on any replacement parts needed, tyres inflated to correct pressure, adjustment of brakes and gears, clean braking surfaces, degrease drivetrain and reapply oil to chain, seat post cleaned and re-greased, headset checked and torqued as required. Valve dust caps and crimped cable ends replaced as required.
