Inspect bottom bracket torque, ensure free rotation of bearings

Ensure smooth rotation of pedal bearings and check for play

Inspect spokes and rim for wear/damage

Inspect tyres for condition and wear

Inspect and regrease pedal/crankarm threads

Install crankset, ensure smooth running/no play

Inspect/adjust hub bearings for wear/damage

Adjust brake, ensure correct function including no rub and bite-point

Clean and inspect seatpost and clamp. Grease/fibre grip as appropriate

Adjust front derailleur indexing

Adjust rear derailleur indexing

Charge/replace electronic drivetrain batteries

Ensure derailleur hanger is straight and secure

Set front derailleur position/height

Set front derailleur upper/lower limits

Set rear derailleur upper/lower limits and b-tension

Rear shock: Inspect for wear & check function

Clean and inspect bottom bracket shell threads if appropriate

Inspect spoke tension and true lateral/radial as appropriate

Inspect tubeless system, top-up or replace consumables as appropriate

Tubeless sealant replaced/topped up + rim tape if needed

Suspension fork: Air pressure set correctly

Suspension fork: Compression & Rebound Setup
