Update electronic drivetrain firmware

Charge/replace electronic drivetrain batteries

Clean and inspect seat post and clamp. Grease/fibre grip as appropriate

Clean and insect saddle rails/clamps. Adjust position if needed

Check saddle for wear/damage

Ensure any accessories are safe/secure

Inspect fork for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, crown, steerer tube and accessory mounting points

Inspect headset for wear/corrosion, adjust

Inspect handlebar for wear/damage, check torque

Inspect/adjust hub bearings for wear/damage, ensure smooth movement/no play

Inspect spoke tension and true lateral/radial as appropriate

Inspect tubeless system, top-up or replace consumables as appropriate

Inspect caliper for correct function including clean/lube pistons

Inspect brake rotor for wear/damage/torque

Clean and inspect bottom bracket shell threads if appropriate

Inspect chain rings/crank arms/spindle for wear/damage

Inspect pedal body for wear/damage

Inspect and regrease pedal/crankarm threads

Inspect chain for wear/damage lubricate

Inspect rear derailleur cable/electronic wire for wear/damage

Inspect / adjust suspension linkages (if required)

Suspension forks, clean/inspect seals and upper tubes. Check for function

Inspect stem for wear, check/adjust torque, straight

Inspect handlebar tape/grips for wear/damage

Inspect spokes and rim for wear/damage

Inspect condition of lever, including main body, blades and position. Adjust if required. 

Inspect condition of hydraulic fluid if applicable

Adjust brake, ensure correct function including no rub and appropriate bite-point

Inspect bottom bracket torque, ensure free rotation of bearings

Install crankset, ensure smooth running/no play

Ensure smooth rotation of pedal bearings and check for play

Inspect cassette for wear/damage and torque

Ensure derailleur hanger is straight and secure

Inspect frame for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, seat clamp area, bottle cage and accessory mounting points

Inspect rear derailleur for wear & damage & set upper/lower limits and b-tension and index

Inspect front derailleur for wear/damage & set correct height, limit screws and index

Inspect cables for wear/damage & function

Inspect Freehub and Serviced

Visual Check of frame and fork for damage and alignment

Inspection of bars and stem for damage and misalignment

Inspection of wheels and tyres for damage

Inspection of function and damage to brakes 

Inspection of cranks and rings for damage

Inspection of pedals for damage

Inspection of drivetrain for damage

Fit new brake system, cut hose as necessary, bleed and set up

Fit crown race, star nut and cut steerer as appropriate

Clean or replace cassette as appropriate

Replace any cables as appropriate

Clean or replace any crankset parts as appropriate

Inspect Bottom bracket and replace or refit as appropriate

Inspect condition of front brake cable

Inspect condition of rear brake cable

Inspect condition of front brake pads, adjust or replace as required
