this includes the price of new fork seals. removal of the lowers, cleaning, inspecting for damage and replacing foot nut seals. fresh lowers oil volumes.

Service – Suspension (Rear)50hr service removed from the bike

includes cleaning and the replacement of the air seals with new factory seals. Recording the settings, getting an assessment of needs and potentially recommending new settings.

Brakes Adjusted & Tested

Cassette Replacement & Fit

This includes the removal of the old cassette and installation of new cassette. There may be a sur charge if the cassette changes the indexing of the shifting system and needs to be adjusted.

Chain Replacement & Fit

Includes the labor for removal of the old chain and proper sizing and fit of a new chain. Including the degreasing of new chain if excessive grease is present on the new chain from the factory.

Complete Strip Down & Rebuild

Requires a full assessment after drop off and further discussion of issues that are present. Will require additional day of assessment and full approval of invoice prior to commencement of work.

wheel is adjusted for later al true and correct dish. Errors are fixed as identified. Additional fee or different service if there are broken spokes. Additional fee NECESSARY if the hub is out of adjustment or spec.

Wheel Build - Pair

Hubs Adjusted for Play

This service is limited to Quick Release hubs. and refers to the use of the Stein hub tool that is necessary to insure that there is play present at a 45deg angle and disappears at fully closed when initial contact occurs at 180 deg.

Internal Brake or Gear Cable Fit

This is based on the difficulty level of internal runs and the number of them that are needed. This service starts at $30. the service includes replacement of cable and housing. does not include brake bleed when necessary will be added. This service will include necessary pricing for derailleur adjustments

Wheel True With Spoke replacement

this includes the removal of tire and tube. replacement of no more than 2 spokes. does include lateral and radial true and identifying if there is a need for tension balancing. Additional inspection of the rim and eyelets is performed.
