Service Packages

This Premium Service Covers all the Items in the Full Service but includes a Complete Strip down to the Frame, with all the components Serviced off the Bike and then rebuilt with New Inner Cables. This Service also includes a Di2 or EPS Firmware update if applicable

Premium Service (Cable Brakes)

Inspect frame for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, seat clamp area, bottle cage and accessory mounting points

Inspect fork for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, crown, steerer tube and accessory mounting points

Suspension forks, clean/inspect seals and upper tubes. Check for function

Inspect headset for wear/corrosion, adjust

Inspect stem for wear, check/adjust torque, straight

Inspect handlebar for wear/damage, check torque

Inspect handlebar tape/grips for wear/damage

Inspect/adjust hub bearings for wear/damage, ensure smooth movement/no play

Inspect spokes and rim for wear/damage

Inspect spoke tension and true lateral/radial as appropriate

Inspect tyres for condition and wear

Inspect tubeless system, top-up or replace consumables as appropriate

Inspect condition of lever, including main body, blades and position. Adjust if required. 

Inspect condition of brake pads

Inspect caliper for correct function including clean/lube pistons

Adjust brake, ensure correct function including no rub and appropriate bite-point

Clean and inspect bottom bracket shell threads if appropriate

Inspect bottom bracket torque, ensure free rotation of bearings

Inspect chain rings/crank arms/spindle for wear/damage

Install crankset, ensure smooth running/no play

Inspect pedal body for wear/damage

Ensure smooth rotation of pedal bearings and check for play

Inspect and regrease pedal/crankarm threads

Inspect cassette for wear/damage and torque

Inspect chain for wear/damage lubricate

Ensure derailleur hanger is straight and secure

Inspect rear derailleur cable/electronic wire for wear/damage

Inspect rear derailleur for wear/damage

Set rear derailleur upper/lower limits and b-tension

Adjust rear derailleur indexing

Inspect front derailleur for wear/damage

Set front derailleur position/height

Set front derailleur upper/lower limits

Adjust front derailleur indexing

Update electronic drivetrain firmware

Clean and inspect seat post and clamp. Grease/fibre grip as appropriate

Clean and insect saddle rails/clamps. Adjust position if needed

Check saddle for wear/damage

Replace Inner Gear Cables if applicable

This Premium Service Covers all the Items in the Full Service but includes a Complete Strip down to the Frame, with all the components Serviced off the Bike and then rebuilt with New Inner Gear Cables and includes Hydraulic Brake Bleed if Required. This Service also includes a Di2 or EPS Firmware update if applicable.

Please Note: if your Bike has complete Fully Integrated Cable & Hydraulic Hose Routing through the Stem & Frame Head Tube then this will Incur an Additional Charge of approximately £75 to remove the Fork & Headset Bearings & Re-install.
Also this Service does not include any Suspension Servicing which will incur an addition Charge if required.

Premium Service (Hydraulic Brakes) 

Inspect condition of hose/cable

Inspect condition of hydraulic fluid if applicable

Inspect brake rotor for wear/damage/torque


Full Safety Check
Gears checked, tuned and realigned
Brakes inspected and adjusted
Tyres checked and inflated correctly
Wheels Trued and Tensioned (If Required)
All bolts checked and tightened to recommended torque setting
Chain and moving parts lubricated
Complete drive system removed including chainset, bottom bracket, chain, cassette, derailleurs and pedals. All cleaned, bottom bracket  refitted or replaced if worn.

Full Service (Cable Brakes)

Test Crankset for Smooth running/no play

Full Safety Check
Gears checked, tuned and realigned
Brakes inspected and Bleed if Required and Re-Balanced
Tyres checked and inflated correctly
Wheels Trued and Tensioned (If Required)
All bolts checked and tightened to recommended torque setting
Chain and moving parts lubricated
Complete drive system removed including chainset, bottom bracket, chain, cassette, derailleurs and pedals. All cleaned, bottom bracket taped, faced and refitted or replaced if worn.

Please Note: if your Bike has complete Fully Integrated Cable & Hydraulic Hose Routing through the Stem & Frame Head Tube then this will Incur an Additional Charge of approximately £75 to remove the Fork & Headset Bearings & Re-install.

Full Service (Hydraulic Brakes) 

If you Race your bike and you want to ensure everything is running smoothy on your race day then this is for you. The Service is the Same as our New Bike Service but we will remove the Chain & Cassette & give them an Ultra -Sonic Clean and then re-lube with our Race Day Oil or Professional Race Day Wax, or we can even treat it to the CeramicSpeed UFO Chain Treatment to help save those watts for a little bit extra cost.
Just let us know at the time of booking if you want the Race Day Oil, Race Day Wax or the CeramicSpeed Info Chain Treatment.

Race Day Prep Service

Replace Inner Cable (if applicable)

Inspect Crankset & check for Smooth Rotation & No play

Inspect / adjust suspension linkages (if required)

Charge/replace electronic drivetrain batteries

Ensure any accessories are safe/secure

Remove & Inspect the Shimano Crankset in accordance to the Shimano Inspection Instrctions
