Service Packages

Our most comprehensive service, with a full bike strip down including full brakes, gears, headset, hubs stripped, cleaned and fully serviced. A premium service is recommended every 12-18 months.

Gold Service

The perfect service for that new bike feel. Includes a full strip down, check over and lubrication.

A silver service is recommended every 12 Month.

Silver Service

Perfect for the commuter on average mileage in all weather. 

A basic service we recommend every 3 - 6 Months.

Bronze Service

Perfect for a once over if you're getting the bike out the shed after a while or if you've bought a new bike and want to give it the once over.

Here you can customise your electric bike services. Please follow the same process as above because these will be displayed separately to your standard services.

Inspect frame for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, seat clamp area, bottle cage and accessory mounting points

Inspect / adjust suspension linkages (if required)

Inspect fork for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, crown, steerer tube and accessory mounting points

Suspension forks, clean/inspect seals and upper tubes. Check for function

Inspect headset for wear/corrosion, adjust

Inspect stem for wear, check/adjust torque, straight

Inspect handlebar for wear/damage, check torque

Inspect handlebar tape/grips for wear/damage

Inspect/adjust hub bearings for wear/damage, ensure smooth movement/no play

Inspect spokes and rim for wear/damage

Inspect condition of lever, including main body, blades and position. Adjust if required.

Inspect chain rings/crank arms/spindle for wear/damage

Install crankset, ensure smooth running/no play

Inspect pedal body for wear/damage

Ensure smooth rotation of pedal bearings and check for play

Inspect and regrease pedal/crankarm threads

Inspect cassette for wear/damage and torque

Inspect chain for wear/damage lubricate

Ensure derailleur hanger is straight and secure

Inspect rear derailleur cable/electronic wire for wear/damage

Set rear derailleur upper/lower limits and b-tension
