Premium Service

A premium service is recommended every 12 Months for bicycles that rely on dependability. Full strip and rebuild. You get back a nice clean bike too - small parts cleaned in the parts washer. Cables, chain and brake pads replaced at cost if required. We will contact you if more expensive parts need replaced. We only use the best stainless steel slick coated cables and organic disc brake pads. Biodegradable cleaners and lubricants from Muc-off are used (we are a Muc-off ambassador store) Service does not include parts. A great opportunity to fit some upgraded parts too like fresh bar tape (we have loads to choose from in stock). We also offer a frame spraying service using the excellent Spray.Bike paint - fancy a spruce up? Talk to us...

Standard Service

A Standard/General/Silver service is recommended every 12 Months, they are a more thorough than the Basic and include fitting parts (parts charged seperately) Cables, chain and brake pads replaced at cost if required. We will contact you if more expensive parts need replaced. We only use the best stainless steel slick coated cables and organic disc brake pads. Biodegradeable cleaners and lubricants from Muc-off are used (we are a Muc-off ambassador store) Service does not include parts.

Service on Assessment

Get your bike assessed and then receive a quote. Rock up to our workshop at anytime for a chat about what needs done and how much it is likely to cost. Our advice is free and we love talking bikes!

Complete Strip Down & Rebuild

See our premium service. Choose this service if you have a full groupset that needs fitted or need a custom cycle built up. You can supply your own parts or get us to order them for you - we have accounts with all major brands for components, suspension as well as for Surly bike frames and All City.

Wheel Build - Single

Build labour only. Spokes charged per spoke (includes brass nipples). If you are providing an old wheel that needs to be disassembles first this would incur a small charge (normally £25 per wheel).

Hygge Service Assessment

One of our certified mechanics will carry out a comprehensive assessment of your bike, thoroughly checking its condition. Following the assessment, they’ll provide expert recommendations on the necessary repairs or maintenance to get your bike running as smoothly as new.
