Basic service for 20 inch and smaller bikes

Kids bike service

Cargo bike service. Includes chassis inspection. No over night storage.

Cargo bike service

A premium service is recommended every 12 Months for bicycles that rely on dependability.
Full strip and rebuild. You get back a nice clean bike too - small parts cleaned in the parts washer. 
Cables, chain and brake pads replaced at cost if required. We will contact you if more expensive parts need replaced. We only use the best stainless steel slick coated cables and organic disc brake pads. 
Biodegradable cleaners and lubricants from Muc-off are used (we are a Muc-off ambassador store)
Service does not include parts.
A great opportunity to fit some upgraded parts too like fresh bar tape (we have loads to choose from in stock).
We also offer a frame spraying service using the excellent Spray.Bike paint - fancy a spruce up? Talk to us... 

Premium Service

Inspect frame for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, seat clamp area, bottle cage and accessory mounting points

Inspect / adjust suspension linkages (if required)

Inspect fork for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, crown, steerer tube and accessory mounting points

Suspension forks, clean/inspect seals and upper tubes. Check for function

Inspect headset for wear/corrosion, adjust

Inspect stem for wear, check/adjust torque, straight

Inspect handlebar for wear/damage, check torque

Inspect handlebar tape/grips for wear/damage

Inspect/adjust hub bearings for wear/damage, ensure smooth movement/no play

Inspect spokes and rim for wear/damage

Inspect spoke tension and true lateral/radial as appropriate

Inspect tyres for condition and wear

Inspect tubeless system, top-up or replace consumables as appropriate

Inspect condition of lever, including main body, blades and position. Adjust if required. 

Inspect condition of hose/cable

Inspect condition of brake pads

Inspect caliper for correct function including clean/lube pistons

Inspect condition of hydraulic fluid if applicable

Inspect brake rotor for wear/damage/torque

Adjust brake, ensure correct function including no rub and appropriate bite-point

Clean and inspect bottom bracket shell threads if appropriate

Inspect bottom bracket torque, ensure free rotation of bearings

Inspect chain rings/crank arms/spindle for wear/damage

Install crankset, ensure smooth running/no play

Inspect pedal body for wear/damage

Ensure smooth rotation of pedal bearings and check for play

Inspect and regrease pedal/crankarm threads

Inspect cassette for wear/damage and torque

Inspect chain for wear/damage lubricate

Ensure derailleur hanger is straight and secure

Inspect rear derailleur cable/electronic wire for wear/damage

Inspect rear derailleur for wear/damage

Set rear derailleur upper/lower limits and b-tension

Adjust rear derailleur indexing

Inspect front derailleur for wear/damage

Set front derailleur position/height

Set front derailleur upper/lower limits

Adjust front derailleur indexing

Update electronic drivetrain firmware

Charge/replace electronic drivetrain batteries

Clean and inspect seat post and clamp. Grease/fibre grip as appropriate

Clean and insect saddle rails/clamps. Adjust position if needed

Check saddle for wear/damage

Ensure any accessories are safe/secure

A Standard/General/Silver service is recommended every 12 Months, they are a more thorough than the Basic and include fitting parts (parts charged seperately) 
Cables, chain and brake pads replaced at cost if required. We will contact you if more expensive parts need replaced. We only use the best stainless steel slick coated cables and organic disc brake pads. 
Biodegradeable cleaners and lubricants from Muc-off are used (we are a Muc-off ambassador store)

Standard Service

A basic service is recommended every 6 Months.
Cables, chain and brake pads replaced at cost if required. We will contact you if more expensive parts need replaced. Service does not include parts.
Services that require new cables, pads or Chain will require a Standard/General/Silver service and will be automatically upgraded and charged accordingly. 

Basic Service

Get your bike assessed and then receive a quote.
Rock up to our workshop at anytime for a chat about what needs done and how much it is likely to cost. 
Our advice is free and we love talking bikes!

Service on Assessment

Here you can customise your electric bike services. Please follow the same process as above because these will be displayed separately to your standard services.

EBike Service Packages
