A basic service is recommended every 6 Months.

B1 - Basic Service

Check saddle for wear/damage

Inspect fork for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, crown, steerer tube and accessory mounting points

Frame/Fork

Inspect headset for wear/corrosion, adjust

Handlebar/Headset/Stem

Inspect handlebar for wear/damage, check torque

Inspect condition of hose/cable

Brakes (Brake & Pad Type)

Inspect brake rotor for wear/damage/torque

Inspect chain rings/crank arms/spindle for wear/damage

Bottom Bracket/Cranks

Inspect pedal body for wear/damage

Pedals

Inspect chain for wear/damage lubricate

Drivetrain/Gears

Inspect rear derailleur cable/electronic wire for wear/damage

Set rear derailleur upper/lower limits and b-tension

Inspect front derailleur for wear/damage

Set front derailleur upper/lower limits

Inspect stem for wear, check/adjust torque, straight

Inspect handlebar tape/grips for wear/damage

Inspect spokes and rim for wear/damage

Wheels/Tyres

Inspect tyres for condition and wear

Inspect condition of lever, including main body, blades and position. Adjust if required. 

Inspect condition of brake pads

Adjust brake, ensure correct function including no rub and appropriate bite-point

Inspect bottom bracket torque, ensure free rotation of bearings

Ensure smooth rotation of pedal bearings and check for play

Inspect cassette for wear/damage and torque

Inspect rear derailleur for wear/damage

Adjust rear derailleur indexing

Set front derailleur position/height

Adjust front derailleur indexing

Inspect frame for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, seat clamp area, bottle cage and accessory mounting points

B1 - E-bike Service

Inspect tubeless system, top-up or replace consumables as appropriate

Inspect caliper for correct function including clean/lube pistons

Suspension forks, clean/inspect seals and upper tubes. Check for function

A standard service is recommended every 12 Months.

B2 - Standard Service

Clean and inspect seat post and clamp. Grease/fibre grip as appropriate

Clean and insect saddle rails/clamps. Adjust position if needed

Inspect/adjust hub bearings for wear/damage, ensure smooth movement/no play

Inspect spoke tension and true lateral/radial as appropriate

Inspect and regrease pedal/crankarm threads

Install crankset, ensure smooth running/no play

Ensure derailleur hanger is straight and secure

Drivetrain removal, inspection, clean, re-grease & refitting

A premium service is recommended every 18-24 Months.

B3 - Premium Service

Update electronic drivetrain firmware

Clean and inspect bottom bracket shell threads if appropriate

Inspect / adjust suspension linkages (if required)

Inspect condition of hydraulic fluid if applicable

Headset removal, inspection, clean, regrease & refitting

Bottom bracket removal, inspection, clean, re-grease & refitting

Full Bike wrap including forks. Product to be supplied this is for the labour only.

Protective Wrap MTB installation

Remove air pressure, remove the air can, clean, replace seals, apply grease (e.g., SRAM Dynamic Seal Grease), and reassemble.

Rear Shock 50 Hour Service

Tubeless Tire Service

Fit new wheel including installation of cassette

Wheel Replacement 

Replace Tyre

Check inner tube

Fit new wheel

Bottom Bracket Replacement

Removal of bar tape, clean handlebars, tape cables and install new bar tape.

Replace Bar tape

Replacement of tyres for upgrade or change of season. Change of sealant if tubeless.

Tyre Replacement

Puncture repair for tubed wheels including replacement inner tube.

Puncture Repair - Tubed Tyre

Assessment work

Consultation and build of your perfect bike

Bike Build

Assembly of your hub, spokes, rim and tyres. Using the latest Park Tool professional wheel jig to make sure your new wheels are to true and to manufacturer's recommended tension.

Wheel Building

Bleeding and refilling your hydraulic disc brakes. Using Shimano mineral or Sram DOT oil where appropriate.
