This service is for the rebuild of a wheel when keeping the existing rim or hub. Wheel is stripped of spokes and nipples and rebuilt to spec requested or selected. *price does not include parts

Cold Setting Frame adjustment

Adjusting steel bike frames to fit modern wheel sizes. Frames adjusted and checked for alignment

Cutting seized stem or seat post out of bike frame

Last resort removal of seized posts of stems is to cut them out of the frame. This can be a time consuming job. Post or stem will need to be replaced.

Headset bearing replacement for Internally routed frames

Removal of brake and/or gear cable housings to allow the replacement/service of headset bearings.

Full Fork Service (recommended every 125-200 hours of riding time or annually)

A full fork service is recommended every 125-200 hours of riding time or annually to keep components in optimal condition. Fork lowers removed, cleaned and inspected. Wiper seals and foam rings replaced. Fork damper is removed cleaned and inspected for damage/wear as well as the air/coil spring. New fluid added and set back up to customers settings and tested. Currently restricted to FOX, Rockshox and Marzocchi models. Please add details/Serial numbers when booking in.

Clean and regrease internals

Front Fork lower leg service (recommended every 30-50 riding hours/annually)

Fork lowers removed, cleaned and inspected. Wiper seals and foam rings replaced. New suspension fluid added and fork tested. Recommended every 30-50hrs riding time. Currently restricted to FOX, Rockshox and Marzocchi models. Please add details/Serial numbers when booking in.

Rear Air Can Service (recommended every 30-50 hours riding/annually)

Removal and inspection of air can internals. O-rings and oil/grease replaced. Currently restricted to FOX, Rockshox and Marzocchi models. Please add details/Serial numbers when booking in.

Full Seat-post Service

Cut Steerer tube to size
