Service Packages

Full Service, 12 -18 months

Service packages do not include hydraulic brake bleeds or dropper seatpost servicing. If bleeds are required then there will be an additional charge of £20 per brake (Usually £25).

Internal cable routing may extend service time and may be chargable (usually £20-£40 depending on work).

Suspension servicing needs vary by bike – please discuss your needs when booking.

Bikes vary hugely in their needs, design and complexity. Service package prices can be adjusted up and down accordingly – please discuss!

GOLD Service

Inspect frame for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, seat clamp area, bottle cage and accessory mounting points

Inspect / adjust suspension linkages (if required)

Inspect fork for damage/wear including dropouts, main tubes, crown, steerer tube and accessory mounting points

Inspect headset for wear/corrosion, adjust

Inspect stem for wear, check/adjust torque, straight

Inspect handlebar for wear/damage, check torque

Inspect handlebar tape/grips for wear/damage

Inspect/adjust hub bearings for wear/damage, ensure smooth movement/no play

Inspect spokes and rim for wear/damage

Inspect spoke tension and true lateral/radial as appropriate

Inspect tyres for condition and wear

Inspect tubeless system, top-up or replace consumables as appropriate

Inspect condition of lever, including main body, blades and position. Adjust if required. 

Inspect condition of hose/cable

Inspect condition of brake pads

Inspect caliper for correct function including clean/lube pistons

Inspect brake rotor for wear/damage/torque

Adjust brake, ensure correct function including no rub and appropriate bite-point

Clean and inspect bottom bracket shell threads if appropriate

Inspect bottom bracket torque, ensure free rotation of bearings

Inspect chain rings/crank arms/spindle for wear/damage

Install crankset, ensure smooth running/no play

Inspect pedal body for wear/damage

Ensure smooth rotation of pedal bearings and check for play

Inspect cassette for wear/damage and torque

Inspect chain for wear/damage lubricate

Ensure derailleur hanger is straight and secure

Inspect rear derailleur cable/electronic wire for wear/damage

Inspect rear derailleur for wear/damage

Set rear derailleur upper/lower limits and b-tension

Adjust rear derailleur indexing

Inspect front derailleur for wear/damage

Set front derailleur position/height

Set front derailleur upper/lower limits

Adjust front derailleur indexing

Update electronic drivetrain firmware

Charge/replace electronic drivetrain batteries

Clean and inspect seat post and clamp. Grease/fibre grip as appropriate

Clean and insect saddle rails/clamps. Adjust position if needed

Check saddle for wear/damage

Ensure any accessories are safe/secure

Annual Service, 6-12 months

SILVER Service

BRONZE Service

Pre-season or pre-event. This is a safety check and tune-up of the brakes and gears. Chain checked, wiped and lubed, wheels/tyres inspected and correctly inflated. Parts not included, the option to upgrade to Bronze or Silver service if required.

Basic Tune Up

Select what extras or individual services you offer. If you don’t have a set price, you can select "Price on request"

Other Services

Replacement inner tube and/or tyre as required. Parts not included.

Puncture Repair

Set up and inflate a tubeless tyre. MucOff Sealant included. Rim tape, valve not included.
Please check your rim and tyres are tubeless compatible. Price per wheel.

Tubeless set up

Service/replacement. The removal, cleaning, and installation of your bottom bracket bearings. Parts not included.
* In most cases, bottom brackets are sealed units. If worn will require a replacement. On average, this may add between £20 – £60 to the bill.

Bottom Bracket £25-40

Suspension forks, clean/inspect seals and upper tubes. Check for function

Inspect condition of hydraulic fluid if applicable

Inspect and regrease pedal/crankarm threads
