We work by displaying all the bike mechanics in your local area, allowing you to compare reviews, price and distance. This is achieved through bicycle mechanics signing up to bikebook and creating their profile, which then shows the services they offer and at what price.

Simply input your postcode in the tip search bar, and then bikebook will display all the mechanics in your selected area. You then simply click the ‘Book Now’ button which will allow you to book in with your chosen mechanic, or you can ‘Click to reveal’ details for those not on our booking system, Workshop by Bikebook.

We have to verify each mechanic that signs up to the bikebook platform to ensure that the information about the location is correct and that each profile is displaying the correct reviews. However, the verification process should take no longer than 48 hours. If you have not heard from us within this time, please contact us and we will resolve the problem as fast as possible.

The verification process is necessary to confirm your location and that the reviews are correct. This is to ensure that the information we are displaying to cyclists is accurate. Therefore, once this is complete, you will have total freedom to update and change your bikebook profile to reflect the services that you offer. The backend profile manager within Workshop by Bikebook gives you complete freedom to update your location, services, opening hours, logo and general business information.

Following the completion of your bikebook profile you can go into the backend profile manager, and edit your profile as required. Within the backend system, you can also build service packages, including having the option to show that you only service bikes on assessment, or that you don't have set pricing.
